The young lady who worked with me on Yelp responded quickly and professionally. The crew arrived on time. I was told they would have all cleaning supplies and vacuum. I had to provide the vacuum, no big deal, but they should manage expectations better. Even if they forgot their own. For the most part, they did a great job. A few minor things that I had asked for them to dust or clean, but nothing critical. It's hard when someone is new to your home and they don't see what you see. So I give them that. I was happy with the service that I am going to hire them again and refer them to my neighbor. Update: 7.12 I haven't had time to update this until now. Here are things they missed: 1. didn't take out the garbage 2. Didn't wash the garbage pale 3. Asked to wash down the cupboards on the outside, that didn't happen in certain areas. 90% completed 4. base boards near door not clean 5. Didn't clean windows in kitchen. That was odd one. Now keep in mind they do ask you to do a walk through, I was busy with work and really didn't have time to do a thorough walk through.
