I googled around looking for a cleaning company as I prepared to move out-of-state. Elizabeth and her team of cleaning ladies far exceeded my expectations! They dusted the walls, washed the baseboards, and left this condo in better shape than when I moved in over three years ago. Elizabeth is honest and fair with her pricing. She uses professional cleaning products, not those found in $1 stores. My only regret is that I'll be 1,200 miles away and won't benefit from her services again. Top notch, quality work that they take pride in doing. read more

All Solutions Cleaning Service - Kitchen sparkle courtesy of the ladies at All Solutions Cleaning Services! - Home Cleaning Near Me - Tarzana, California

Never again! I hired 2 people to clean a new home that we were moving into. They showed up late, only cleaned the kitchen and 2 bathrooms in the 2.5 hours they were there, and I've had to redo a lot of the "cleaning" they did. It was a complete waste of money to call these guys. read more

We just bought a house and did a month's work remodeling the inside. We had a lot of drywall dust, etc everywhere. We used ASCS because they were the only people we could find for the day after Thanksgiving. They (two people) spent 5 hours cleaning 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen... not so sure they cleaned properly... I'm still finding dust as I'm unpacking. They claimed to specialized in post construction clean up... Not so much. I did a lot of the remodeling myself. If I didn't feel like tenderized beef, I would have busted my ass cleaning the house myself. I don't recommend ASCS for post construction cleanup. Their employees don't know what to look for. read more

I've been with All Solutions for at least 5 years. The cleaning is always done exactly as I ask and often they do more. I trust Elizabeth and every person working with her. They are honest, hard-working, reliable and so friendly. They always ask if they're unsure of what I'd like or where something should go. I've had deep cleaning and regular cleaning. I would never use anyone else. I am thoroughly satisfied. Aside from family, they are the only people who have a key to my house! I love these ladies! Thank you! read more

I paid for a gift card that I never received. They would not return my phone calls to deal with this issue. I think they are theives and I would not hire them. To top it all off the language barrier is horrible. They can hardly speak English which is very frustrating. read more

When I first started with them, I agreed to 3 hrs of work with 2 people to clean my house. The first visit they showed up on time and did an OK job, but with every visit after that, they kept staying and cleaning less and less time and asking me for the same amount of money. One time I had to wait 1/2 day for them to show up and they did not even bother to let me know. Last time I used them, they complained that I made them late for their next appt. because I asked them to finish cleaning the last room they were supposed to clean. Elizabeth was rude on the phone, making me feel guilty that I was keeping her crew from leaving for the next appt. We both quickly agreed that it was going to be their last time to clean my house. After they left, I ended up redoing most of their lousy work. Save your time and frustration! Don't bother calling this service! read more

I have been using All Solutions Cleaning Service for 4 years, including 2 move-out cleaning projects. Elizabeth and her team are very professional, thorough, and take pride in their work. All Solutions' prices are reasonable and fair for the results that they deliver. Although I am sure that there may be other housecleaning companies that offer cheaper rates, don't forget that you often get what you pay for! read more

I work for an apartment building in the Los Angeles area and deal with numerous cleaning services on a weekly basis. I have never experienced such a disregard for customer service provided to the community and the tenants who have chosen this company. We had another major issue with this company today and after calling 2 different numbers posted on their website (where I wasn't even able to leave a voicemail) I tried a third and was greeted by woman with an instant attitude. Her employee was in the wrong in this situation and all I wanted was a calm resolution and she began yelling at me and being very disrespectful. After several unfortunate situations I have come across with this company, you can and should find any other of the several cleaning services in L.A. that are honest, respectful, have background checks, and are at a much better price!! read more

Working with All Solutions at the beginning of our relationship, was terrific! Elizabeth had a fantastic crew set up. For only a couple of weeks I enjoyed their service, up and until that crew left for Arizona. When Elizabeth told me the bad news, I was sad because I really liked them. Afterwards, I got stuck with a few people that didn't work out at all. Sadly, every time I scheduled a cleaning I was getting someone different. Some just sat around not doing anything, while others didn't know how to clean. I had to show them what to do. Communication was an issue, as none of the women spoke English. Another issue I had, was getting a hold of Elizabeth. Only a couple of times, did she follow up w/ me within a timely fashion. Most of the time, I would text and call her several times. Days later, she would respond. When we did connect, her excuses were lame; she dropped her phone, or her phone number had changed, she was on vacation. With the money and service they charge, I would have expected to get the best customer service. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. read more

I called after reading the favorable reviews... Have an empty townhouse that needed to be cleaned from ceiling to garage floor to put up for sale. Made arrangements with Elizabeth and two days later the job was done. Perfectly done!!! She also arranged for a carpet cleaner to come in after they were done. Not outrageously expensive... Reasonable and a job well done!!! Thank you. Carol Gendler read more

All Solutions Cleaning is the best! I have been using them about once a month since 2006. I tried close to a dozen cleaning companies and never felt satisfied, but All Solutions Cleaning has been consistently dependable, detailed, and trustworthy. Over the years I have referred them to many of my friends and colleagues. I love the professionalism and attention to detail. Thanks Liz for over 5 years of excellent service. read more

I only communicate with Elizabeth on e-mail, but guess I'm the only one who is completely satisfied with these ladies. I do an annual deep clean of a 3000sf home and a team of 5 attacks the dirt and dust and 7-9 hrs later I'm all smiles with the white glove test! read more

I used Elizabeth and her company after my house was remodeled , her and her girls cleaned my house from top to bottom , my house was sparkling clean, very happy with her service. I now use them 3 times a week. She speaks perfect English and provided me with liability insurance and was very prompt and accommodating , I highly recommend her and am confused how she would have any bad reviews. Great! read more

Beware!!!!!!! They are stealing money!!!!! I was suspecting them for a while so I decided to set a trap. $700 gone. If I could give 0 stars I would have done it. read more

The All Solutions crew has consistently done an outstanding job of cleaning my home. They have proven themselves completely trustworthy so I have even given Elizabeth a key. They go out of their way to accommodate my erratic schedule, and I can even set up appointments by email. When I do see them they are industrious and cheerful. They never have a problem with the limestone tile in my bathroom which is can be easy to damage. Mahogany floors and carpet on the stairs come out immaculate. When I come home everything sparkles and smells wonderful. I am a messy bachelor as well as being a painter so that's not always an easy thing to accomplish. I recommend Elizabeth and her crews. read more

We have some vacation rental properties and I just started using All Solutions about 5 months ago. The first two companies we used (I will not name) charged a lot and I was always getting complaints from tenants. Since I started using All solutions I have had nothing but great reviews. Elizabeth and everyone working with her do an amazing job and have gone above and beyond in many ways for us. I never write reviews for businesses even if I like them but I was so impressed by this service I had to. I highly recommend this company -Sean Humphreys read more

All Solutions Cleaning Service has got to be the best cleaning company around. I hired their service for my boss' home and I ended up hiring them to clean my house as well. Elizabeth, the owner, is the most professional and nicest person. This company did a cleaning after a move out from an 11K sq feet home for my boss and the work was impeccable. I recommend them 100%!!! read more

I am and Estate Manager and needed a detailed and comprehensive cleaning in a new construction after 2 years of work and dust. The cleaning via contractors really wasn't that good. I contacted 4 different companies and Elizabeth really impressed me with her quote but also her detailed write up of the work to be done. Her staff were super, arrived on time with their own professional supplies. The work they did was impeccable inside and out of the house, over 4000sq ft. I was so impressed that we now use them for all our properties. If anyone as ever tried to get post construction cleaning they will know that most companies do not understand the full extent of the dust and dirt and thus under quote their time, so that you either don't get the whole job done or the quote is much more expensive. Elizabeth really understands this and she also listened to all my concerns. You will not be disappointed. read more

All Cleaning Solutions does an amazing job cleaning my house. My husband is blind so it is critical that everything is alway put back in the same place. The crew comes into my home and cleans it from top to bottom. They are happy and helpful. Recently I misplaced my keys. Of course it was on a day, I was in a hurry. I called the crew of wonderful women who had just left my home and asked if they had seen them. I had absentmindedly placed them in a basket of towels, knowing how important keeping everything where it is put because of my husband, they did not move them, but they were able to help me pin point exactly where they were and I was able to get on with my day. They are honest, friendly and do an extraordinary job at cleaning my home. I highly recommend them. read more

Elizabeth and her hard working crew turned our dusty post construction house into an impeccable one. I will use them again.

Elizabeth is an angel! And her team are all rock stars. They worked so hard on my friend's home (which was a disaster...had not been cleaned in over 10 years - YIKES!!) They did not miss a corner, nook, nor cranny. Got every cobweb and all the cat hair and left the place smellling like heaven. They cleaned the blinds, washed every single pot, pan, glass, plate, utensil in the place. I am very picky and was leery of having a crew around my friend's antique china. They handled everything perfectly and put everything back in the same places. You do not have to worry with Elizabeth's crew. They treat your home like it is their home. Thank you so much! read more

I recently used them to perform a move-out cleaning and was extremely happy with the work. They were timely, responsible and left the place spotless. I look forward to using them in the future and highly recommend them. read more

I read the other reviews and understand some of their frustrations - these ladies REALLY clean... If your want something light and poorly done, go with someone else. All Solutions Cleaning Services does an amazing job! We just moved into our new house (after painting and doing some minor repairs) and there was an incredible amount of dust, not to mention the oven/stove needed some deep cleaning. All Solutions Cleaning Services did an amazing job. The appliances were so thoroughly cleaned that they looked new. The entire house was ready for our move and I would recommend Elizabeth and the girls with no hesitation. Just beware, they are thorough and your place will be CLEAN! read more
