Contacted Fix-A-Dent by text. They responded promptly. Sent picture of dents including a large one on front fender from me hitting a trash can. They responded with a qoute which was very reasonable but with a caveat that they could only improve the fender dent 85 to 90%. David, the tech arrived on time. Very friendly. He fixed the fender and I was shocked. You could not tell the 6 x 6 inch dent was ever there. It was especially a hard repair because a straight line of car design was in the middle of the dent. I understand and love the fact that they did not over promise and just delievered. Had them take out a few other dings which came out also perfect. There was one last ding that David said could be much better but still noticable and I did not do that one as it is a lease car and the lessor will not charge me for anything smaller than a credit card. Bottom line. A very honest company that is able to work magic. read more
