I went to Five15 for the very first time for a drag show with a friend. The show itself was a blast (see the attached photos for proof). The staff were all kind and attentive and te bathrooms were clean. The drinks were a little sweet for my taste, but I'm not to keen on a sweet drink. The only other thing I wish could be better was the comfort of the folding plastic chairs.

Didn't order food, just drinks this time! Service was great and had sooo much fun doing Rent trivia! The whole sound system was super loud, probably because it's a pretty small room but it made for a fun time. I'll be back for Bingo sometime soon!!

What a blast! We went for drag queen bingo and it was a riot. The queen was hilarious. Bingo was fun too. The servers were quick and the drinks were strong. We all had a great time and recommend it!

Drag Queen Bingo! What a blast, we had so much fun, and our table won twice, whoohoo! Staff was friendly and helpful. Great selection of beverages and food. Grandma Pat won the Grand prize. We will definitely be back again.

It was my first time at Five15, and I loved it! Came here with my sister and mom for a fun night of bingo. Everyone was so nice and we enjoyed the positive vibes. The food was mediocre, but the drinks were great and - best of all - our host was absolutely hilarious! None of us won a game of bingo, but we definitely had a great time.

Ahh the Five 15. I have not been here In quite a long time! I forgot how crazy it gets! It was our birthday celebration! It can't get much better than drag queen bingo! Absolutely hilarious! The entire party dressed as bright and crazy as possible and everyone was wearing colorful wigs. Absolutely perfect for drag queen bingo. Haha. I have never worn a wig, but I found this to be fun! I may get one just for the fun of it. Why not? Our hostess was super funny and we had an amazing time! You have to have thick skin to come here though. You WILL be made fun of! That is part of the fun! Last time I was here the set up was completely different! It was also much less crowded. I was shocked to see how busy it was! Last time I was here the hostess kept talking to innocent people passing by on the street through a microphone. They couldn't figure out where it was coming from. This time, it had more of a hall feel. Long tables and folding chairs. Ok the plus side they offered food and alcohol. When I was here you had to do that next door during an intermission. That surprised me. It gets very very busy. You need reservations. And pack your patience. The service is understandably slow as there are just so many people. I'll be honest. 10 pm was just a bit too late for this old lady. Especially since I started drinking around 3:30. Lol. If you've never done drag queen bingo you really do need to check it out. It is a great time!!

Iona Lotz Katz is on fire tonight. 9 of us in our group. I got a lucky seat right of Iona. Bianca and my hubby are celebrating their birthdays today. Iona teased there would be birthday sex, I said no way, he's mine. He teased me that I am loud and mean, that look sweet and nice but can be a bitch. She's raunchy, witty and funny. Single and double bingo opportunities, no clearing the bingo cards until after 2 bingo is done. 4 winners down so far, almost an hour into the fun. Our parting words from Iona "I may look like your momma but I am hung like your poppa." Fun night. This is maybe our 4th or 5th time going. It's fun every time.

Food was 50/50 but atmosphere and energy was 10 out of 10. Had an amazing time playing bingo and cracking jokes. Even won a mug from bingo and the mug fits the vibe of the location.

I love this place! I went for Cristian's fashion show like two years ago but I forgot to do a review for this place until now. I had such a great time here and the drinks they made that night were STRONG lol I ended up walking with my friends to a nearby restaurant afterwards to sober up lol. They also sell a lot of funny kicknacks that you can use throughout your home AND they sell my friend perry wayne's underwear so check that out too!

10/10 on everything! My mom and I reserved a table for Drag Queen Trivia and the customer service +food and drinks were really good. They're so quick with bringing food and everything out. Very affordable and fun. I'd definitely go again and recommend to anyone looking to have a night of fun.

Good coffee, but the best reason to go is the Drag Bingo! Absolute blast, but make sure to reserve your spot ahead of time, as it fills up.

The show was standing room only, and somehow that made the entire night feel even more electric because everybody was packed in together singing, vibing, and completely locked into the music. The energy in that room was unreal before she even hit the stage. The venue was the perfect size for an artist like Yebba because it felt intimate but still high-energy. The lighting, sound quality, and atmosphere were all on point. Once Yebba started singing, the entire crowd went silent in the best way possible. Her voice is absolutely INSANE live -- soulful, emotional, powerful, and effortless all at once. There were moments where you could literally hear people around you saying "wow" because she sounded THAT good. Chills the entire night. What made the concert even better was how connected she was with the audience. It didn't feel like just another performance; it felt personal and genuine. You could tell she puts everything into her music and the crowd gave that same energy right back to her. Everybody was singing along, recording their favorite moments, dancing, and just fully living in the moment. Standing the whole show was completely worth it because the vibe never dropped for a second. It felt like one giant shared experience with people who all genuinely love music. Easily one of the best live performances I've seen in a long time and definitely one of my favorite nights at Royal Oak Music Theatre. If Yebba comes anywhere near your city, BUY THE TICKETS.

The Royal Oak…read moreMusic Theatre is a long-standing pillar within the community, located just a few blocks off of Main Street in downtown Royal Oak. This theatre is a great, smaller-scale theatre that will attract lower key artists and concerts than those that would come to Detroit. I would equate the Royal Oak Music Theatre to a step down from The Fillmore in Detroit, but also a step up from St. Andrew's Hall also in Detroit. The Royal Oak Music Theatre certainly has not gone through any noticeable updates throughout the years it has been in business, which seems like several several decades now. So it definitely shows signs of wear and just feels a tad outdated, but not quite rundown. But it's still such a solid venue and is in a much better, less trafficked city than Detroit that allows coming and going to and from shows here a lot less of a headache. There is tons of parking options surrounding the theatre in the parking lots throughout downtown Royal Oak and on the side street parking as well. There are also a ton of delicious restaurants and bars easily within walking distance for you to grab a bite or a drink before and after your show, along with doing some shopping as well! It's truly a delightful experience every time I come to Royal Oak Music Theatre!
