While the quality of the products is excellent, what has kept me coming back to them is their fantastic customer service. They come when they say the will, and everything they installed has been absolutely perfect. I have used several contractors over past few years whose work has ranged from awful to acceptable and it is so refreshing to work with a company where everything is just done right. Windows and doors are big investments and I am glad that I went with these guys for my purchases.

The paint on the out of the door and the inside matched and everything was seamless. The cost seemed very fair for the quality that we needed in an exterior door. Now, the company is not the fastest so if you are looking to do a quick kick on your project you might find someone faster. Basically the cost of a better deal is dealing with their time schedule of when they can get to you. Since they provide quality at a reasonable price, call early and get started with a meeting and education of your options. We had Keven; he's nice, not pushy and but wants to fully understand what you're looking to do. Happy customers, like us will be repeat customers.

Absolutely excellent; more businesses should be like them!…read more We inherited a nice Provia door from the previous owners of our house that came with a warranty, so when it started showing some signs of age we reached out to them. In a nutshell, they have been very professional, communicative, helpful, and went above and beyond. I literally looked up their webpage to see if we needed anything they sell because I was so impressed. It's nice to have a company honor a warranty in a hassle-free way. This was from a previous owner and while the time-frame holds validity for the warranty, I'm sure they technically could choose not to honor it but they helped transfer it to our name. Additionally, in the age of designed obsolescence, it feels like nothing is quality anymore and we're always having to replace things. It's nice to have the alternate feeling; this is a quality door built to last and they helped keep it up for us. They fully replaced the handle, the frayed stripping on the bottom, and helped level it as it was sagging and letting air in the top corner. Lastly, the tech came out and made the repair, but had received the wrong weather stripping from the manufacturer. He noticed a spot where our dogs had ripped up the outer-stripping -- I didn't even try to get that fixed in our request because that's totally on us, but he told us he'd get it all taken care of and was back out a few days later. He wouldn't even take the trade-call warranty fee charge ($65) until the job was done right. Great company -- definitely reach out to them first and I hope you have as good of an experience as we did.

They were honest about what we needed, efficient, courteous, and did a spectacular job in a short amount of time. They left our outside clean and in great shape after the construction. The best part was that you could see they took pride in their work. They used a level to make sure everything fit and then after they installed the piece of Hardy board, they stepped back to make sure it was correct and then smiled at their work. Who does that??? Only someone who takes pride in their work!!! We were so impressed! Definitely would use them again!

They never seemed rushed. We hired them to remove our 50 year old board and batten siding, soffits and facia board. They installed new wall insulation, plywood, house wrap and James Hardie lap siding, soffits and facia board. They had excellent communication during the bidding process were patient with me throughout all of my questions about the expectations for the product and work as well as during the installation process. When contacted the team, I received a response in less than 24 hours and sometimes I received the response in person. They even fixed a problem with the roof that had never been resolved by a roofing company to ensure I didn't continue to have issues with water run off ruining my soffits. Every day they left the job site cleaner than it was when they started the job. My family and I always felt comfortable with everyone that was on site and they ensured there was as little disruption to our daily lives as possible. When there were delays in getting the windows, that I ordered separately, they were understanding and prompt in getting back out to my house to get the last piece of the job completed. We wish we could hire them to work on all of our contractor needs. I would recommend them over and over!

They had the best price and the best terms, can't beat that. Delivered 8 large picture windows in 6 weeks and installed in half a day. The installation team was excellent, amazingly clean, efficient, and friendly. A++ experience. If you want great quality, great price, and payment terms Window Nation is the choice. We will be using them again for a few other windows that will need replacing over the next 1-2 years.

There is going to be some mess; remember, omelettes only happen when you break a few eggs. Our experience with Window Nation deserves all the stars. From our sales visit by Esau (on a Saturday, no less) to the numerous communications regarding the status of our order, manufacturing, and delivery, to the actual install, the turnaround time was less than four weeks. What's not to like? Here's what we got: *Financing with some friendly terms *A total of 8 windows ordered *Borders/frames that matched our existing colors *Consistent, clear communication *A firm install date *A crew of two to remove, install, and haul away Here's what we expected: *All of that above Our eight, double-hung windows (doubles in both front windows) were installed cleanly and quickly and Matt walked me around each window to make sure I was satisfied with the work. No, it wasn't 'inexpensive' but the value will well outpace the investment over time. When I was moving furniture/blinds in preparation, I could hold a match near the old windows and watch the flame dance. Now? No movement, none. Drafts, be gone! If you aren't going to do the work yourself, then find a good provider. Window Nation delivered on everything we expected, and that's really all we can ask. It ain't going to be free, and if it was, then it would be cheap, too. This is fine product and solid workmanship coupled together to make a real upgrade to our home. The only individual that was less than thrilled with our experience was the dog, who runs this house anyway, and she had to be squirreled away while the install happened. Outside of that, great experience!

The installation of 2 french doors, 2 sets of casement windows and a small kitchen sink window that was to take 3 days to complete resulted in 3 months and 2 days of scheduling nightmares and blunders of workmanship. The sales rep and carpenter installer were present in our home when a beginning date was set. A week early the coordinator called to say they would start the next day which we agreed to. As things progressed, painters were not ready and then the installer had booked the same date elsewhere which meant we were bumped back, one of many to follow. Below is a list of errors during the installation once it finally began approximately 1 month later. Pictures to follow. *End of third day of installation, installers noted 1 sash was dented, weather stripping was short on 1 french door and short 2 pieces of casing trim on a door. Screen door handle was installed backwards. Installers stated all were to be taken care. *Couple days after the first install attempt, we noticed almost all of the casings had streaks in the stain where there was starting and stopping spray marks. 8 pieces in all were to be replaced. *Strips of wood in framing on exterior between window casings were left unstained and sealed, exposed to weather. * When sash was replaced it was replaced with an 18 pane instead of the original 6 pane. Weather stripping brought was not right length so no attempt to replace that day. *Kitchen sink window was not built up and supported with framing and barely hanging on with thin finish nails with large gaps between the trim and existing frame. *When attempting to replace 8 botched stained casings, the installer framed 2 small, Non-Pella windows that were to be completely covered with new kitchen cabinets. The original 8 defective stained pieces remained intact. When trimming the last french door of the 2 missing pieces, mitered corners had spacings revealing the wallpaper behind and unstained cut edges. Still no replacement for weather stripping on french door. After numerous rescheduling all work was completed. Two letters were written in which we detailed all the above to Pella, stating our frustration and that there should be some sort of compensation for the $24,000.00 requested, paid in full amount at contract signing. There first response was offering $100 gift card in which we had already made it clear that we were not using Pella again. We originally agreed to $1,000 but we were asked to sign a Good Will Agreement stating we would not post any comments on social media and the document was unclear as to whether any warranty of products or installation would be honored. Upon speaking to a lawyer, he advised not to sign and that we were not requesting enough, without mentioning any compensatory damages for lost work or rescheduling of our other contractors. We rejected their final offer of $1,000 and choose to send as many negative reviews as we can, warning other consumers of Pella of Lenexa.

HOWEVER, Follow-up, project management, communication, requests for someone to talk to at the factory, the ability to identify a problem and act on it... are woefully inadequate. And from the looks of other reviews, I'm not alone. 8 weeks became 10 weeks became 13 weeks became 17 weeks. As of today (12/6/18), the last of 4 windows (that's right, FOUR) is now scheduled for 12/31. I have zero confidence in this date and am now storing the windows delivered, in my customers basement. My suggestion would be to stop selling products you can't fulfill, and stick to selling what you can. 1/26/2018 update. The final window arrives from Pella/PellaKC on 1/7 - total order to delivery time for this was 21wks and 2 days. Unit was installed a day later along with the cold weather that is typical for a KC winter. Trimming out will be slow due to the cold and because I have another critical timeline project that started - also in 1/7. Nail guns don't like the extreme cold, PVC trim cracks when driving a nail they it. My hands and feet don't tolerate the cold either and warm-up breaks are necessary. And although all this is true, Pella doesn't seem to want to pay for lost time and additional time incurred, and loss of use / beneficial use of a portion of my customers home! In addition to the cost of the late unit, I would like my time reimbursed. How do I make them listen??? #PELLA look for my reviews of Pella in other places on the internet.
