When I caught them in the act they acted as if they didn't understand me. They clearly understood because they started using the right method of roping the limb so it couldn't fall on my property, then using a long hook to bring it in and lower it slowly. Finally, I was able to get one of them to talk to me and he didn't seem to care about the damage he caused. All he said was that when they finished they would come clean it up. My banana trees are damaged and they broke my backyard lights that were strug on my fence. When all this was happening I had my pets (chickens and dogs) in my back yard. By 7:33am Tuesday, I had an 8 am appointment scheduled for the same day. I was fortunate that they were already in the area. I wish I had some before pictures because they did a fabulous job. The grass was probably a foot tall, the tree in the front yard was growing wild so you couldn't see the rock bordering the bottom and the bushes were out of control. I am so pleased with the outcome.
