They reached out immediately and gave me a quote to remove what I thought to be a dead cypress tree. The crews arrived on schedule and determined the tree is still alove but should be trimmed. They gave me a new price for trimming and performed the work quickly. They hauled off all of the branches and even cleaned up all the cypress needles from the yard. We moved and from the outstanding job they did at our previous house I called them out to trim our new trees. Well, unfortunately it was not the same job as last time. First it was $100 more than last time but I was fine with that because it included a pine tree. I think he subcontracted out and he personally didn't do our trees. So disappointed with how I was treated by this company. I wasn't able to be on site and they agreed to take photos, as well as send an invoice, so we could see what had been done. They have refused to send finished photos of all thworl done. I asked for an estimate for grass repair and got nothing. I did pay because I recieved one photo of the partial work and I trusted the work had been done. I was told someone would go take the photo in the next day or 2. It's been a month now. I asked for an invoice to be sent (which I told them was very important) and got a link for an invoice that was empty. I've reached out by text, call, and email and have been PURPOSEFULLY ignored. As a business owner myself, I would never treat a customer this way. I've been very patient. I was hoping this would be my go to company, but I will NEVER utilize their services again! read more

Arturo quotes reasonable and fair prices, is reliable, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable; he and his crew are so polite, eager to please and always with smiles on their faces. Truly outstanding! The work they did, exceeded my expectations and it was a pleasure to have them all working in my yard. The scope of work they did was extensive...removing dead trees & stumps, transplanting existing trees & hedges, planting new trees, cleaning up planting beds, trimming existing trees and mulching with beautiful red pine bark, in all of the planting areas and around trees.
