We moved and from the outstanding job they did at our previous house I called them out to trim our new trees. Well, unfortunately it was not the same job as last time. First it was $100 more than last time but I was fine with that because it included a pine tree. I think he subcontracted out and he personally didn't do our trees. At approximately 1pm, the crew arrived, and I was advised that they would collect the grass sods. Subsequently, without prior consultation or agreement, I was requested to provide an advance payment. Regrettably, not only did they decline to accept this, but they also departed without fulfilling their obligations. So disappointed with how I was treated by this company. I wasn't able to be on site and they agreed to take photos, as well as send an invoice, so we could see what had been done. They have refused to send finished photos of all thworl done. I asked for an estimate for grass repair and got nothing. I did pay because I recieved one photo of the partial work and I trusted the work had been done. I was told someone would go take the photo in the next day or 2. It's been a month now. I asked for an invoice to be sent (which I told them was very important) and got a link for an invoice that was empty. I've reached out by text, call, and email and have been PURPOSEFULLY ignored.
