I can honestly say that they did a phenomenal job from start to finish. What impressed me most, however, was not just the quality of their work--it was their exceptional professionalism and customer service. Before any work began, Enrique and Adriana provided me with computer-generated images showing exactly what my lighting system was going to look like once completed. This was an outstanding feature of their service. It allowed me to actually see my vision come to life before a single light was installed. If I wanted to make changes, I had the opportunity to do so before the work began. That level of attention to detail gave me tremendous confidence in the project. The second thing that truly impressed me happened after the installation was complete. That same evening, both Enrique and Adriana personally came to my home to make sure every light was working properly and illuminating my home exactly as it should. They didn't simply finish the job and leave--they came back to make sure I was completely satisfied with the final product. I found that level of personal attention absolutely amazing. In my experience, their customer service is the best I have ever encountered from a residential contractor of any kind. They take pride in their work, they listen to their customers, they pay attention to the smallest details, and most importantly, they genuinely care about making sure the customer is satisfied. Allende designed and installed a complete drainage system for the east side of my property. The…read morework was completed in one day, for half the price quoted by their competition. The owners are very professional (both are engineers), and knowlegeable and easy to talk to. They are very prompt and thorough. The even had a superior drain system at the street. While they were here, they also solved a problem with my neighbor's drainiage system.
