They'll upload your certificate online and give you a physical copy too. Honest and no upselling. No appointments, just walk-ins so it was sort of busy when I got there around 11 am. Early in the morning is least busy. Whenever I called them, they picked up in two rings or less. The payment was through Zelle as there is a credit card fee. Heads up that they share a garage with a Transmission Service so look for the yellow building that says "Auto Service & Tire Transmission." You should just be able to pull up in their driveway and someone will come help you. No waiting room or anything, but they'll pull up a folding chair for you to sit on.
