I arrived around 9 AM, waited about 10-15 minutes, and the synthetic oil change for my 2012 Honda Accord took another 20-30 minutes. It cost $50, and they also did a basic brake check during the service. The staff mainly speaks Cantonese with some broken English, but communication is enough for routine services. I also asked for a tire rotation, but they said they didn't have time that day. The shop is a no-frills neighborhood mechanic, nothing fancy, but efficient if your car is already in good shape and you need a quick oil change or basic maintenance. They're open on Saturdays, which makes it convenient when I can't come during the week. If you're looking for a fast, budget-friendly oil change, I'd recommend this place. For more thorough maintenance, diagnostics, or larger repairs, I'd probably choose a different mechanic.

BEWARE ! I recently had a disappointing experience with a brake and light inspection that felt more…read morelike a money grab than a service. I went to see Pedro for an inspection, which he completed in about 10 minutes. He failed my car, claiming it needed a new axle and a few lights replaced, and charged me $200 for the inspection. He then told me I'd need to pay another $80 for a reinspection after I fixed it. Pedro even suggested that he had a friend right away that could do the repair work, which felt suspiciously like a setup. Afterward, I went to another professional for a second opinion, and they confirmed that the axle replacement was unnecessary. In fact, the vehicle should have passed the inspection without it, just repair lights with new bulbs. I feel like Pedro's service was misleading and potentially a ploy to send work to his friend. I'd caution anyone considering a brake and light inspection with him to get a second opinion before making any repairs he suggests or go somewhere else. Big lesson to learn after paying for a new axle and wheel alignment.

The biggest thing I've noticed recently is the change in the team's attitude. Before, whenever I asked for a small favor or wanted them to pay attention to something, I sometimes felt like I was being a pain. Lately though, it's been the complete opposite. The staff are much friendlier, easy to communicate with, and most of them speak great English. They actually listen to what you're asking for and make the effort to get it done. The wash might take a few extra minutes now, but I'd much rather have that if it means they're taking their time and paying attention to the details. As someone who's been coming here for years, I finally feel like my voice is heard and that they genuinely appreciate their monthly members. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. If you live anywhere in the San Gabriel Valley, I'd definitely recommend checking this place out. I've seen the improvement firsthand, and I hope they keep it up. Keep up the great work, guys!

Not once, but twice in a row. I came to get my van washed about a month ago with Bronze wash. I always get the bronze wash. They didn't vacuum the rear seats and the trunk. They did not wipe my front console, windshield, front dash, and middle console. They did not wipe down the inside of the doors and hatch where it closes to the car. I gave them a pass. It was a hot day. Today, I came with my wife. We brought both of our cars. This time they took time on my van. My wife's car was out 30 min before mine was finished and hers was washed about 20 min after mine went through the wash. Her car was not vacuumed in the rear, the trunk, and the front and middle console was not wiped down. We can still see fingerprints on the front touch panel. My wife had already left. Got home and noticed all of these things. I complained to the supervisor. I told him I've been coming for 30 years. Told him about my last experience. All he offered was to ask my wife to drive back down for them to clean the rest. He said he will double check my van to make sure it's clean. My wife is already home and has already cleaned the mess they didn't clean. I don't know about any other patrons, but you should not have to double check the work. I never did since 1996. There have been a few missed spots here and there, but it was minor. Something's wrong with the operation. It's not the same. I still have a free wash to claim. We will see if these two stars will go to 5 stars. I wanted to give 1 star, but 2 just because they been better. I want it to get their attention to improve. At $35 for bronze service, you guys be the judge.
