Here's what really happened when Notary Desiree Hammond illegally stamped a DOCUMENT that was an altered as a 5 year old VOID power of attorney for Estrella from April 7, 2015. Breaking News: Alejandro had already been reported to the State of WA for illegally shopping a series of mobile notaries to hide his financial fraud and embezzlement. In fact ONE escrow agent and a former Limited Legal Technician at WA State Bar has already been fired and lost her license for engaging in this felony mortgage-bank-probate-wire-title-insurance fraud. Alejandro has been documented trying to extort a Seattle widow of her home since 2015, so that's 8 years and $1 million in free Medicaid care for his sister Estrella who Alejandro said had $0 assets and $0 assets. This is not just some minor state crime, it's a federal crime and Desiree Hammond did not meet with Estrella during the PEAK of COVID when sign in sheets show that NOTARIES and family members were not even allowed into Renton Rehab which is now Arcadia Medical Resort. The document Desiree stamped was supposedly done at the NURSING HOME date July 17, 2020. In fact, neither the 2015 nor the VOID 2020 document illegally notarized were ever recorded as required by LAW with the King County Recorder's Office. It's called IDENTITY THEFT when the brother walks around posing as his sister and has her STATE ID's. That doesn't MEAN ESTRELLA WAS PRESENT before Desiree and every NOTARY in the COUNTRY knows the LAW and why that's required. Desiree has played a role in the theft of an $836,000 home in Seattle which has already resulted in some of her other clients stealing ~$700,000 in Equity that the WIDOW paid for since 3/2011. Scenario 1: It's too late for the person to sign a power of attorney Often, by the time a caregiver realizes that their older adult has diminished mental capacity, they're no longer able to sign the necessary legal documents. Anderson says, "If a person gets to the point where they don't know who their family members are, what assets they own, and who they would want to make decisions for them regarding their assets and health care matters, then they aren't mentally competent to sign a legal document such as a health care power of attorney or financial power of attorney. The blankets on the bed were at least 30 years old with little pills all over them. The staff, well there was hardly any. People were screaming help and change me and were totally ignored. After 3 weeks I finally took my mom to the doctor and got a note to get her out of there and it took them 5 days to process her out, even though her doctor said to release her. I was hired for a closing for them back in June. It is now September and I have not been paid. They do not respond to emails either. I have done a few others for them as well and they also took a long time to pay. I don't think I will take anymore signings from them. I don't like pestering companies for payment. read more
