She is responsive in all forms of communication (I like to text). Now, let's talk about the process. Before I met Virginia, I was getting waxed consistently for a year. I deemed the ingrown hairs and pain not worth it, and contacted this place. I laser my underarms and bikini area. The process isn't painless, it's unpleasant really (still nothing compared to waxing!) but the way Virginia is attentive through the procedure makes me feel comfortable. She even applies aloe Vera to cool the skin. My hair now after 5 sessions grows back after a month or so and even then there is minimal hair that grows back--about the size of a fingernail here and there. The hair texture is completely different, super fine and soft. With all that being said, BOOK A CONSULTATION if you're just considering it. Even during a time of COVID, I feel super safe and comfortable. And I don't have a single regret. Super happy with my results! Thank you, Virginia :)

There was no rush, no attempt to sell me more than what I need and she explained everything about my face and what she was doing clearly. I didnt need a full facial but she did like 5 different treatments to my face and my pimples and only charged me for one thing. I feel comfortable with having her in charge of my face without mistakes and not feeling taken advantage of. Which I have known to be very rear. I asked her about some scars I would like to remove and she honestly said to come back in the time of the year when I am least in the sun. I felt that she was looking out for my skins best interest and not her wallet. Place was a little difficult to find as there are multiple entrances with that address and it had a construction scaffolding covering the building which was not her fault.

I'll absolutely take responsibility for not canceling ahead of time, that part is on me. What bothered me was how it was handled afterward. The confirmation text I received after the scheduled appointment was written in very casual slang, which felt unprofessional for a spa. Then when I explained that I had a medical emergency, the response I got was dismissive and snappy rather than compassionate. I understand policies and no shows, but tone and professionalism matter. Especially in a business centered around care and client experience. It just left a bad first impression, which is disappointing because I was genuinely excited about coming in.

She comes in all disheveled and looks like she was partying the night before. She also can be heard on the phone yelling and screaming. Its shocking that she doesnt care about her customers waiting in her office. One time she was in the room doing botox on me she got a phone call and walked out of the room mid treatment- how do you leave someone in a room like that. Disgusting. She came back in and did not even apologize. She calls herself a DOCTOR but she is really not a doctor she is a nurse practitioner anyone with a brain can look that up. Wouldn't that be considered fraud or malpractice, stating that you are a doctor and your not. She always talks over me without really listening to what i have to say. She only cares about the money. I blame myself for getting sucked into it. If you don't have money to spend she treats you like garbage. How is she still in business?? I had to go somewhere else and pay to have all the filler taken out. The other place told me the filler was "not placed right." One time I heard her arguing with her staff, it doesn't get any more unprofessional than that. She listed herself as a celebrity injector, I'm curious what celebrities she has injected. I mean just look at her social media- would you want that injecting your face. I can go on and on about this place and Jen but I wont, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble of going there.

The laser treatments have also been very effective since I started going in the spring of 2018 I noticed very minimal hair growth on my legs after just 2 sessions. I also feel that the technicians always go the extra mile by giving me a few extra zaps if I express that I've been having more hair growth in some areas more than others. I've been coming to this laser center for over 8 years. I initially started with Brazilian and…read moreupper lip treatments with Phoebe, and over time I purchased multiple packages, eventually investing in full body treatments. I've spent thousands of dollars here and even referred several friends because I once trusted their services--largely due to technicians like Taina, who was excellent. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner, Adela, has been extremely disappointing. Over time, I noticed my hair growth was actually getting worse compared to when I used to shave. When I brought this up, instead of addressing the concern or trying to fix the issue, I was told it was my fault for not being consistent enough--and was immediately encouraged to purchase yet another package. I agreed at the time because Taina was still working there and I trusted her. However, she later left, and I was not informed ahead of time. After that, I continued treatments with Vanessa and repeatedly requested my treatment file to understand what settings were being used, since the results clearly weren't effective--especially after I had just spent another $1,400. Despite being told multiple times that my file would be sent, I didn't receive it until April 19--only after my services were abruptly canceled. I was told this was due to "profanity" and being "aggressive," which I find incredibly unfair given the situation. After years of loyalty, significant financial investment, and lack of results, frustration is a natural response. What's most disappointing is the lack of accountability and transparency. Instead of working with long-term clients to resolve concerns, the focus seems to be on selling more packages rather than delivering results. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
