Except they will charge you 600$ for an hour of a guy standing on your roof running your hose onto your leak. They won't tell you it's 600$. Then Harley the front desk person will berate you and call you names and say things like "I wish I didn't have to pay my bills". Since I've had more leaks in my brand new roof in other spots.
