Throughout both experiences, Matt came promptly, even late one evening within an hour of me calling him. The first time I was made aware of the leak, I was out of town and was forced to arrange restoration from Chicago. Matt and his whole team were amazing through this process and were even more communicative through phone and text messages so I would not have to worry, and calling me and letting me know timeframes they would arrive. The second time I was home and got to meet the whole team and they were awesome! With the 2nd leak, which was a neighbor refusing to cover the damages, they were super patient with payment, looping my litigation team in, and providing competitive pricing. In addition to their restoration team, Tiffany from the main office and billing department was super hands-on and quick to return my calls. Leaks suck, but call them, cause they don't suck. :]

Justin was at my house within the hour locating the leak and putting a plan together to stop the leak and fix the damage. Our HOA hired Arizona Yard Maintenance for a landscaping project at our RV Park. The scope was to…read moreremove Bermuda grass, regrade the area, and install black plastic sheeting to kill any remaining root systems in front of our clubhouse. They were initially responsive - came out and measured the area and provided a bid for the work. However, when they came to do the work, they told us that they would need additional materials, increasing the bid by about 25%. Their installation of the plastic sheeting was ineffective and it rolled back the following day. After repeated discussions, they said they would come and repair it, but the repair was also substandard. We are hiring another contractor to finish the job. We would not recommend this contractor.
