Third time I go there. I've used them successfully for cleaning and alteration at this point. So I'm confident to bring in my high value items. Drop off clothes end of April. This is a load of designer stuff that needs alterations and then some of my regular cleaning. This includes an irreplaceable vintage Chanel blazer and other delightful goodies. The lady and her mom are talking about my clothes in their language almost the whole of my fitting. I take it as a compliment. My clothes are nice and I worked my azz off for them. I have a very curated closet. Get my ticket. Don't even look at it. On my merry way. Some work travel passes, I realize I've left my clothes almost a month. Go to pick my clothes up without my ticket. We have nothing. Says she doesn't remember me bringing this stuff in (it was her and one alteration was VERY specific so she's either lying or has zero memory). I'm on the verge of tears in disbelief. She's stone faced. I don't immediately leave and she's kind of like, what do you want me to do? She flips through one reel of clothes but how do you find a black jacket amongst a million black jackets? I leave stunned. Devastated. These clothes have importance to me. Go home. Find the tickets! They are UNDER SOMEONE ELSES NAME. Go back (I live up the road). I sh*t you not, she says, oh. You found them. Literally ZERO apology. No, oh, I'm so glad we found your stuff. Salty AF. Then she has the audacity to ask if I'd like to refit one pair of pants they couldn't do before because the pants got longer when ironed. Ummm, that's a heavy pass. This place straight up tried to STEAL MY CLOTHES. I'll never be back. Shame on you both.

Highly UNRECOMMENDED. Dropped off a cocktail dress and a men's blazer here in late October. When I…read morewent to pick them up less than a week later, I was told they were lost. I was told they were "looking for them" and to give them a week, which we did. We returned to the business after a week (gave them a few extra days) and still nothing. The employee called the owner, and he apologized and said that "per policy" he would only reimburse us 5x the cost of the cleaning. Fine, can't argue that as it's policy DESPITE the cost of both items being 5x that amount. We took the money and tried to replace the items, and are ultimately successful - ended up spending more than the money we were given. 3.5 weeks pass and they call - they found my stuff. Amazing news, we thought - but NO. The owner refused to give us back our (uncleaned) clothing unless we returned the reimbursement. I said no, and he hung up on me. Later that day, I went to the store and tried to talk it out. (Side note: there is no written policy about if lost clothing is somehow found weeks later). We argued that we spent the money replacing the items that they admitted were lost; it's not like it was a day or so -- 4 weeks had passed! If they didn't agree that the items were lost, why reimburse us? If we were to return the $ to him, we would be out 2x - the original cost of the items, and the cost of replacing them. But the kicker is that he called the cops on us. I'm sure they had nothing better to do with their time, amiright? So: tl;dr: if you'd like to entrust your clothing to an unscrupulous, unpleasant man who runs a business where they lose your clothing and don't treat their customers with respect then ... by all means, bring your clothes here to be cleaned. I hope they don't lose them. Good luck.

We will definitely be using this location in the future!
