Double check their work. This last time I paid to have my mats shampooed, but they weren't and when I brought it up the employee seemed confused. Also there's still a bit of dog fur on one of the seats. Been here 4 times. The first time I got the works- detail, and hood/under carriage steam clean, interior shampoo. Couldn't be happier with the results. Every time after that they seem a little rushed, I recommend going right when they open. Also, they ask what you want your car to smell like, but then never do it. I let this one slide because at the end of the day I'm there for a detail, it would be a nice touch though. I would personally like to thank 5 Points of Ventura for seriously f*cking up my car. I work at a car shop in Camarillo and have been referring customers here for years to get their engines washed. No longer will I do that. My husband and I brought 2 vehicles, a 2001 BMW 740il, and a 1993 Cadillac DeVille to get their undercarriage and engine washed. The BMW just got detailed the DAY before as well as a big engine repair as well. Thousands of dollars were just invested into this car that were paid the day prior to bringing it to your car wash. I had never been here before, so I thought, they must be good because my shop refers a lot of customers there. How wrong I was. My 7 series came out and they informed me that the vehicle was not going into reverse, was it like that when it came in? I was puzzled. I got into our car. The check engine light was on, the transmission failsafe light was on, she wasn't going into gear, and my car was not moving. On top of that, our beautiful car now had spray all over, the wheels were filthy, the vehicle was clearly washed with her windows DOWN because there was spray along my inside window sills. Thanks a lot. I asked the manager, who was of ZERO help, RUDE, and said "I asked you if you want to wash" The answer was NO because you could see the car was clean when she came in. On top of that, I opened my hood, and my FUSEBOX WAS WET AS WELL AS MY brake components and master cylinder. WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU SPRAY WATER THERE?!?!?!?!???!?!?! I explained to the manager that this has NEVER happened on the times I had my engine washed before. He looked clueless and said oh first time it happens for us too! I want my money back. It has been an expensive week. $200 to get horribke service, no fks given about my car, attitude and threats towards my husband. My husband was as visibly angry and sweating as was I and and the manager told my husband (native language is Russian) to "watch what he says" ? What the hell kind of service is this? To be clear, it was $100 per car. Our Cadillac was fine, but came out dirty, so they wound up washing her - but we had to touch her up again after because there was still spray all over the car. 03/08/25 I brought in my 2025 model Y in for the diplomat package wash this vehicle has less than 70 miles on the odometer and was picked up from the dealer LESS THAN 3 DAYS AGO I rolled into the service bay to have the associate take my info like normal. since this is a brand new vehicle I did make sure to give a walk around of the car before I let them take it around and then went to the front of the waiting area to see it come out, upon seeing the vehicle come out i immediately noticed a gauge out of my drivers side rear wheel. at first I didn't think it was damage maybe it was a piece of lint from the cleaning cloths but upon inspection when the vehicle was completed I walked up to the car and to my dismay two fresh gauges missing out of my drivers side rear wheel. I immediately notified staff and that's when I met with this places supposed manager. From the very start of this interaction this gentleman had showed nothing but extreme hostile and defensive temperament toward myself THE CUSTOMER immediately trying to refuse responsibility lying to my face telling a situation like this has never happened to him when I know for fact there are several accounts of people having there wheels damaged at this place, that being said this entire interaction I had been nothing but respectful and professional simply explaining to the manager that this all could be solved by me providing a quote to have my wheel repaired by a professional. Instead he insisted on dabbing paint on my BRAND NEW wheel and sat there and let me know I wouldn't tell the difference. After refusing his quick repair the gentleman began to become noticeably frustrated and completely shut down communication, keep in Mind this is AN INDIVIDUAL WITH YEARS OF EXPERIENCE whom easily angered when he hears something he doesn't like he the proceeded to bring me into a dark security room to show me camera proof on a camera system that had to be over 40 years old. there's Nokia phones with better camera quality then what that's places cameras have. Then an individual who I later find out sprayed off my car before it when into the wash bay came and stated that the damage was already and that the wheel cover had been off. I Immediately called out his BS Because at no time from the wash to the drying has the wheel cover been unsecured and based on the video footage that the manager showed at no point did ANYONE touch the wheel so if the wheel cover was actually off then who popped back in those things don't pop in on there own . I've never experienced such an unprofessional group of people in my life. All the managers stated he could do for me was a 50 dollar car wash credit through the exact car wash that had just damaged my wheels.... How does that make any sense after that he continued over and over mention that his roller and track would not cause any damage but when he walked me to the rollers and inspected them they looked worn and the the metal bolt pertruding from the roller had signs of impact wear as well as covered in rust. same rust may add that where on the gauges that where on the wheel .. BEWARE OF THESE COMPANIES that treat crap if something doesn't go smooth the manager refused to open an incident report or give me any sort of information to get in contact with upper management. I've been living in Ventura most of my life and remember coming to this car wash in college. I've never had a 5 star car wash here. There's always something that makes you feel like they just half assed it. In my case most recently, A lot tree seeds left on my windshield that I ended up having removed myself, simple things like water spots on the dash that weren't cleaned off that I had to clean after. Removing dirt from the door I could go on but I just will say expect to get it minimally cleaned. read more

We are regulars to 5- Points but this wash was different. I recently took my husband's 300 to get washed after months of sitting outside. I got the #1 special. Car went through and then Sammy spent a long time detailing the care. His attention to detail was impeccable. Hubby's car has a lot of yellow pollen on it. Sammy spent time rubbing all those spots out without scratching the car. I really appreciated the time and effort Sammy put into cleaning the car. He even noticed that the vacuum had missed some spilled pet food and he took the car back to get the car re vacuumed. That is attention to detail. I didn't have top money and went back to rip Sammy. My wife and I purchased a new 2024 Nissan Murano a month ago. The next day we took the car to five points car wash to get the car wash, we decided that while we were there to do their clay bar hand wax special for $129. We were out front, watched them dry off the car, then they pulled it in the back to do the clar bar hand wax. We waited out front for maybe 10 minutes then headed in the back to watch. Once we were in the back one guy was already waxing the car. There is no way he had time to run the clay bar over the whole car. You can see all the imperfections under the wax. It's a new car! The owner/ manager said he can guarantee they did the clay bar, all I can say is bs!!!! We went back this past Saturday to get a car wash, now they put a scratch on the hood. It was not there before. When I saw it, I ran my finger over it and some kind of material came off on my finger. They tried to buff it out, you can still see it. I would not recommend going there to anyone!
