We also really like a Whopper at least once a week. The staff has always been very friendly and courteous. At the drive through we have very rarely found that a mistake was made. The issue is not the food. As stated above, we like the food, therefore the frequency of our visits. The problem is the temperature of the food. For breakfast a staff member gave me a hint that I need to ask for extra hot when ordering breakfast and that seems to have worked. I suspect that this means they are 'popping' the sandwiches in the microwave before sending them out. Several weeks ago we went through the drive through, bought two Whoppers, drove the 1/4 mile to our home and found the sandwiches to be literally 'stone' cold. The cheese was not even melted and the bun and patty were cold to the touch. This is not just a time or two but every single time, the only exception being the breakfast sandwiches due to asking for extra hot. This has greatly reduced the frequency of our visits.
