As for the food, I only ordered a Large Fries since I had a Pizza order next door. I requested that no salt be added to my order and the Staff was very willing to accommodate my request. The Fries were hot and tasted great as for the reason I ordered them while waiting for my Pizza. What shocked me is that the order came up to $9.98 for one order of large fries....!!! I made the order before realizing the price. I thought about changing to a medium Fries but it seemed it would be a burden to the staff member to cancel and reorder my request. I was told by the Staff that it was enough for about 4 people. I only needed enough for my Nephew and myself so I should have moved forward with the medium order. I paid for the large order and waited an acceptable time for my Fries. Again, they tasted great! Another surprising fact is that the amount of Fries for $9.98 as totally ludicrous. Yes, provided in a large bag but probably the amount of two large orders I would have received at a Rally's (great fries by the way). I know that you may make the Fries in house which is a lower food cost to the business. With the proper equipment the Fries can be cut with minimal labor cost. The displays of Potatoes and Peanut Oil at the entrance of the store was not spectacular as I have seen at other 5 Guys stores in Arizona. Again, the Fries were great and the Staff very professional. This has been a consistently blah experience. Service without a smile. At the end of our meal my husband wanted a bag to put our fries into take home. I stood there for 2 orders going out and tried to get the ladies attention. Nope! She never wanted to look my way. It wasn't just her. No one in the whole place ever made eye contact for me to ask for a simple thing like a bag. I then stood pressing against the front counter. Nope! Still nothing. Finally my husband told me never mind. They do NOT want to help you. I'm just wondering are we the only people this happens to at this place. Or is the staff just not interested in customer service? I give service a 1 star. The burgers are greasy with no flavor. I love 5 guys buns. The topping are good too. And I do like that they will put any of the sauces on the side. But then their fries are limp and not crisp. Wimpy wimpy wimpy fries. Even my nephew that loves 5 guys said the fries were wimpy. I'm giving them 3 stars because they have such potential. It was dirty too. Tables had food bits. We wiped our table and food out of our seats before we could sit and eat. The floor in the in tire place was dirty. We are big fans of Five Guys burgers and fries. We've been to many locations in New York, New Jersey, and Virginia. The premises here were very clean and the service was friendly. The fries were very tasty as expected. However the burgers were a big disappointment: tasteless. We've been to this location several times with the same experience. I was surprised when my burger had double the tomatoes, half the lettuce and a glob of mayo. Yuck! Usually the toppings are very standardized, within reason. This is definitely not my typical Five Guys experience....but it's definitely noteworthy, as another customer was in line sharing the same sentiments to me ...... I have a short lunch break so I decided to pre-order online. After my payment, a notification popped up saying my order would be ready in 10 minutes. Well it takes 12 minutes for me to get to this location so that was just perfect. When I arrived there were no other patrons and 5 employees were behind the counter. When I approached the counter I was asked my name and my bag of food was immediately located and I was told my sandwich was complete but they don't cook the fries until you arrive. I was a little annoyed by that because I preordered intentionally so I wouldn't have to wait. Not only did it take another 11 minutes for me to receive my completed order with my fries, my burger had been sitting there the entire time, under no heat lamp, and was no longer hot. During my wait, another pre-order customer walked in and met the same fate, and complained to me the entire time saying "if I wanted to wait til would've just ordered when I got here!" I'm not sure if this is the customary procedure, but it could certainly use revamping! It's common that waits are longer these days due to reduced staffing and limited products. But it appeared, in this case, there was not a staff shortage.....and my items were present, just organized poorly. If this is the current employee expectation, I highly recommend to management a revising of your online order process. If it is not, please reiterate to the staff at this location what the requirements are for more customer friendly interactions. read more

The staff who were working 2 Dec 24 around 1830 were extremely customer focused and the gentleman who worked the register was cognizant of food allergies even though I do not have one. First and foremost...WWOOOWW!!! The food is amazing!!! And the crazy thing is I haven't even tried my all the way hot dog yet!! The service is amazing also. They are patient and when ordering the food is being dropped because the Short order cooks are attentive. The atmosphere is great too. This establishment is clean and there is good music!!! I've been to this location off and on. The general layout and feel inside is that of other locations I've been to over the years. I generally hit this place only a few times a year. I came in yesterday for the first time in about a year, as I had an impulse to have this since I hadn't had anything to eat since the night prior due to having some things done earlier in the day. On this visit, I had the little bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and raw onions. Overall, the sandwich was good and hits the spot well. As a few others have noted, sometimes things do come out greasy, which is sometimes why I don't come in as often. However, this time it was not greasy. Although I didn't on this visit, I do like to have the peanuts they have available as well while waiting. Although they do tend to run high on the pricing end of things, it's one of those places I'll come back to, just not on a regular basis. If you're looking for a good burger, this is one place to try. read more

Five Guys makes the best burger in town. I don't care where you go, dolla' dolla' bill or fast food, I have yet to find a burger that can compete. Even better, their fries are fresh cut, steak fries (you'll notice the sacks of potatoes stacked up in their restaurant with a sign telling you where they're from) and they are just as good as their burgers! Traditionally, they give you a huge order of fries! I noticed last time I went, they weren't as generous as they've been for the past few years...not sure if they're cutting back on their over-the-top servings. To be honest, by the time I drive home, snacking on their super hot fries, then setting them up with salt, ketchup or vinegar when I get home, I'm often too full to eat my burger and have to come back and eat some of it later (I have a pretty small appetite). You can basically customize your burger by size, add-ons, and condiments. While you wait for your burger and fries, you can munch on shelled peanuts (unlimited). A couple of years ago, they also added milkshakes to their menu. Their banana shakes are the bomb! You will pay more than you typically do for a burger at a fast food joint, but trust me...it's worth it! read more

Let me tell you about this place. Brilliant people. Stage two reopening means they COULD reopen their lobby, but they do not. They also will not bring it to your car on a day where the heat index is well above ninety. They want you to stand on the gross sidewalk while the floor buff, power wash people have compressors running and are spraying water and chemicals everywhere. AND LETS NOT FORGET THAT THEY TOOK HALF AN HOUR TO MAKE THE FOOD UNDER THOSE CONDITIONS. there are several five guys that you could drive to, inside, like a normal person and leave and come back to this one faster than they could get your food to be loud, stinky, wet, hot sidewalk where you have been suffering for the grease and fat in a bag to replenish whatever you are sweating out waiting for half an hour for them to do seven minutes worry of work. 10/10 deserve less than minimum wage. read more

They have a great burger and fries worthy of a "5" rating. But they've started a "tip in advance" process that determines how many fries they put in your bag. If you give the 20% or more they give you the fries like they used to. If you don't you will only get the cup of fries. Ok. Went here for a pre Father's Day celebration. The burgers are huuuuuggggeeee so do yourself and your heart a favor. Get the little burger which is a regular party on a bun. It is very good and more than big enough. The regular burger is two patties and is sinfull it is so big The burgers themselves are very good. Service is a touch slow but worth it. They use quality beef and the toppings are great. I got everything and it is a quality burger. The real place, in my humble opinion, where they shone is the fries. One serving was good for five of us. Real potatoes sliced and cooked to perfection. As far as the burgers, not the best I've had, but damn good Quality food at good prices. Not bad. I called and ordered To-Go and the person on the phone I spoke to was so nice and repeated my order to make sure it was correct. I had the bacon cheeseburger and little fries. As always, the bacon was nice and crisp (how I like it), the fries were salted perfectly, my order was correct, and they timed my order to be ready right when I got there. Ordered pickup and the quality & quantity of the food was underwhelming to say the least. We ordered 3 Hamburgers with no buns and the typical condiments. Total was almost $35 for 3 trays of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and a total of 6 small patties. One of the trays was supposed to have bacon, but they forgot it. This place has it seriously going on. No matter how often we have come in here when there were tons of people, they move the line incredibly fast considering they make-to-order everything. The staff is courteous and extremely friendly, always greeting with a smile. I bring my ten year old son(who's extremely autistic) here because five guys restaraunt play music and he's not good being somewhere that's overly quiet, lol. It's usually me, him and his younger neurotypical brother. They know us when we walk in and even have caught discrepancies in our "usual" order when we started ordering advance online so it'd be ready when we got there(big man isn't great at waiting either) when we arrived they asked if I had meant to change the usual order and when I (in extreme appreciative shock at that level of attention and customer service from a fast food joint) told them I hadn't meant to do so, they handed the correct order to me, because they cooked it the way we normally get it, just in case!!! I own a business and can honestly say that the biggest challenge is finding quality employees who take any interest at all in their job. Few of us love our jobs( I certainly dont) but some people still do take pride in their job, work and ethic. So congratulations tO the manager here for finding an awesome staff(please call me and let me know how you did it!!!!!!, I'd love to know). Worst customer service I've ever had. Placement order at 12:31 PM today arrive 10 minutes later to find out that I needed to wait another 20 minutes before my order was ready. When I found out that it was going to be $15 for a cheeseburger the guy at the register ( Sierra A) told me I could go to Wendy's next-door and get a value burger to save money. I thought this was very unprofessional and then the Manager , Bryan Fernet, Just stood there and allowed his employee to continue being unprofessional without recourse. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone due to the lack of customer service I received today. I will say right up front that I am a fan of In 'N Out burger on the west coast. Anytime I travel out west the first stop I make after getting off the plane is the nearest In 'N Out for a double double animal style. Its fresh made to order and always delicious. It is the fast food burger fully realized. Five Guys has pretty much copied the In 'N Out business model so I have to knock them down a bit for lacking originality. They have even attempted to replicate the "secret" menu that you have to google to be in the know. However, compared to INO, Five Guys' menu is kind of lame. There isn't a lot of imagination in a grilled cheese or well done fries. That being said, the burgers here are pretty good and you can easily split an order of fries between two people. If you can finish a burger and an order of fries by yourself you should be on Man Vs. Food Nation. read more

Repeal bourbon and burgers is an upscale gastropub in town with much bEtter quality and they don't even charge this much. Have been at this location several times. There is some variation in the quality from very good to very average. One thing I wish they would change is that drink machine with 100's of options. Just do not like those drink dispensers, they just do not taste right and wish I would have just gotten water. But this is a good location since I live in the area. read more

We have been to Five Guys a number of times and the burgers and fries are always good. The burgers are juicy with your choice of 10 or so toppings.
