I'm not sure what happened to 5 guys in Trinity but it has just gone way downhill. I have had a few orders messed up like bacon cheeseburger and getting no bacon, sloppy topping stacking, and for some reason now they want to be skimpy with french fries that cost like $6 an order for. This used to be my Go To burger in trinity but we now go to Molly Malones or Varsity club. I am sure I will try them again in a few months and hope they get their quality standard back to what it used to be. read more

Fantastic food. I used to work at a place that was across the highway from their plaza. Almost every friday, we would go in and get a burger and grilled cheese. I always asked for extra hot sauce and while it probably wasn't on purpose, it felt like I kept getting more and more to test just how much I'd want. Fantastic grilled cheese and burgers, and of course the fries. Great food, great staff, I miss my weekly visits to this place and try to go every once in a while. read more

I like Five Guys burgers, but this store has a quality problem. Normally Five Guys burgers are consistently good, but at this store, I've had the worst Five Guys burger I've ever ordered. The beef patty wasn't cooked long enough. This store needs a visit from corporate to get their act together. They're pulling the brand down. Also, they only included two packets of ketchup with my fries. Really Five Guys? Only two packets? Of all the Five Guys I've been to, this restaurant is the worst. Heads need to roll. read more

Ok. Yesterday was the third time I've been here in two weeks. May go again today. Definitely not a dieters delight. Though they do have veggie burgers. Tried the hot dogs but my favorite is the bacon cheeseburger. Fast, extremely friendly staff, large burger (if you have a small appetite, try the little burger), all condiments are free add ons. We went in to order. No one else was in line. We waited while the cashier played with a condiment dispense for about 5 minutes. The other employees just stared at her. Finally another girl took our order. We ordered burgers and one order of fries. When the order arrived there were no fries. The cashier didn't add them to the order so we forgot about them. Dude. This is the only five guys location that doesn't do the Cajun fries right. At other locations when you order Cajun fries you actually get Cajun fries. At this location I even said extra Cajun and when it came out there was SURPRISE no Cajun on it lol. I smelled the seasoning but it was nowhere to be found. It's never found. I told the guy I got extra Cajun and he said Yeah those are Cajun and have me extra Cajun on the side?! That's not the same. Come on guys. Do it right. I am a Five Guys fan because they do have the best burgers. However this was the worst location. It's was dirty. Granted when I came in they were busy but after the flood of people left they should have been cleaning. However from my observation all they were doing was talking and laughing. This crew didn't care about their shift. Tables, floors and kitchen all dirty. So glad I didn't have to go to the restroom. The GM needs to get this location and staff under control. My food order was messed up. I got 'grilled onions' on the order when I ordered 'grilled mushrooms'. It was not my error as I would never order onions. Walked up to the counter and the manager on duty came to my aid while the counter person was busy helping a customer. He corrected the problem within a couple of minutes. Holy Cow that was fast. I like Five Guys Burgers. I am not a huge carnivore. Never have been, but when I am in the mood for a burger, I will choose a 5G burger over that of a fast food burger. This particular 5 Guys is a nice establishment, very clean and the staff is really nice. They are always singing and laughing, they really seem to enjoy each other's company. They are always nice to the clientele as they come in, greeting you with a hearty "Hello" when you walk in. The food is very simple. Order a burger, pick your toppings, done. They have a kids menu as well. The fries are delicious and fresh, albeit a little on the greasy side, but they taste yummy. This particular establishment is always clean, always bright, always well maintained. The restrooms are also clean and nice. It's a nice place to stop in for a late night meal. My two guys (husband and son) always enjoy a stop at Five Guys. We don't make a habit of going there, but once in awhile, it's a nice treat. read more

So this is my May 1, 2014 update....Great improvement! Five Guys now gets Five Stars! So after my last visit, I received a call from one of the five guys...he was very apologetic about my last visit and wanted to make things right. He put my name in the book to replace my sandwich next time I go it. So we ordered the exact same thing as last time. The manager on duty said there was no chart. I told them I would gladly pay for the drink s and fries as only the burger had issues...but they insist ed and covered dinner. This time around they earned all five stars. Everything was perfect, including the bountiful layer of bacon. Great job guys...all five of you! read more

Was not impressed at all. We were going to eat st IHOP but since the wait time was way too long for three kids we walked over to 5 guys. First off the prices are nuts ...a burger was like 6.99 and comes with no fries so I thought well maybe it's a big burger. Nope a regular Mcdonalds size burger. The fries were loaded down with salt...it felt like I was eating a pound of salt. Then I ordered the veggie sandwich. I'm thinking I'm getting a veggie burger nope it's just onions peppers mushroom on a bun. Super disgusting! It was almost $50 for us to eat at a fast food joint and the food was gross! I could have went to Mcdonalds and had dessert lunch and breakfast for that price and had a better meal. My husband used to work at a 5 guys in SC and as I remember the fries came with the burger as a meal fresh in a bag and the burgers were huge! We had to take half of it home. I would not recommend this place at all especially if your on a budget. read more

I've been here about a half dozen times. When the staff is on their game, it's great. The burgers are always tasty, but on 4 out of 6 visits, I was served undercooked fries. What should have been the best fries in town turned out to be a limp, mealy, greasy, inedible mess. It wasn't as if the place was packed; there was no discernable excuse for rushing the fries. How hard is it to give them an extra 60 seconds in the fryer? Given what they charge, this is unacceptable. I won't return to this location. read more

Five guys is always a delicious and fresh burger to enjoy. If you are going to eat a burger then do it right! Cooked to order so fresh you can taste. They literally cut your fries per order. And the build your burger menu allows you to easily choose exactly what your taste buds are asking for. Friendly service at the counter a plus. And as always left feeling like I could not eat anymore, definitely getting your money's worth here. Definitely not a save the penny kind of place, but if you are willing to spend an extra dollar for a good burger then this is your place! Five guys are popping up everywhere and it's because they've certainly main a name for themselves in delivering fresh and delicious meals. read more
