This was my first time at this location and wanted to add a review as it was very quaint in the shopping center it is located in. Also it was the cleanest Five Guys I have been in. The staff working when I visited were all very friendly and fast! The burgers and fries were made correctly, fast, all wrapped up nice and neat. I highly recommend this location and is totally worth the any extra minutes of drive time! read more

Five Guys - Peanuts while waiting for our burgers! - Burgers Near Me - Trinity, Florida

Order taker could not speak english. Other person there was very nasty. Was told drinks did not come with order. Then was told drinks did come with order. Never told that before. 31.57 for two burgers and one fry no drinks and big hassle!!!! Never again!!! read more

Always a good burger . Fries are always a little greasy to me but good with the Cajun spice on them

Way overpriced for what you get. Soggy fries drenched in peanut oil, burger patty not worth the price. Disappointed as a 1st time customer

Put and order to pick up and when I open it to eat this is what I find, I mean, don't find, not even half my fries. Asked the lady at the counter and she said that was all the fries... can't believe that! And algas to pay $25 for this. read more

Five Guys - where is the rest of my fries? - Burgers Near Me - Trinity, Florida

I'm not sure what happened to 5 guys in Trinity but it has just gone way downhill. I have had a few orders messed up like bacon cheeseburger and getting no bacon, sloppy topping stacking, and for some reason now they want to be skimpy with french fries that cost like $6 an order for. This used to be my Go To burger in trinity but we now go to Molly Malones or Varsity club. I am sure I will try them again in a few months and hope they get their quality standard back to what it used to be. read more

Overpriced & Overrated burgers and fries... There are better tasting and better values nearby

Wish I could give zero stars every time I order from here it's always a problem. I'm pretty sure Burger King puts their burgers together better, it was so slapped together ... The first time that I ordered A lettuce wrap burger it was folded in properly wrapped in the lettuce this time was not. Glad I paid extra for a bacon burger and got no bacon specifically put in no mushrooms allergy and got a shit ton of mushrooms on my burger. read more

Five Guys - Burgers Near Me - Trinity, Florida

This is hot trash on a bun. Uber Eats had great delivery but this was not worth the money at all. Drowned the bun in sauce inside AND OUTSIDE! Completely inedible. Do yourself a favor and don't waste the money or effort! Someone was being careless and sloppy. Taking my money elsewhere! read more

Five Guys - This sad excuse of a burger - Burgers Near Me - Trinity, Florida

Fantastic food. I used to work at a place that was across the highway from their plaza. Almost every friday, we would go in and get a burger and grilled cheese. I always asked for extra hot sauce and while it probably wasn't on purpose, it felt like I kept getting more and more to test just how much I'd want. Fantastic grilled cheese and burgers, and of course the fries. Great food, great staff, I miss my weekly visits to this place and try to go every once in a while. read more

Not one single worker at the locations deserves a job let alone $15 an hour. 4 burgers ordered not a single one correct. Must be hiring toddlers to put the food together. read more

Always consistently Great. Fresh burgers, and more Fries than one can eat. I've been to Five Guys in many States and they are always a Solid meal. Costly for a burger and fries but worth every penny. read more

This location does NOT enforce mask usage, at all. They served a patron without a mask. They also had an (off-duty) employee, in uniform, walking around completely mask-less. Very disappointing. The food was as expected for Five Guys. read more

The fries the we received were Dry and over cooked. They are brown like they were under the heating crisper for way to long.

I love Five Guys but this place is consistently dirty and the staff is unfriendly. God forbid you tell them you have an allergy to something...que the eye roll. read more

Ok. Yesterday was the third time I've been here in two weeks. May go again today. Definitely not a dieters delight. Though they do have veggie burgers. Tried the hot dogs but my favorite is the bacon cheeseburger. Fast, extremely friendly staff, large burger (if you have a small appetite, try the little burger), all condiments are free add ons. Such as mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, pickles and more. Staff sings to the music. read more

Service is horrible! They would rather take care of Uber Eats before their in store customers.... Been here 45 minutes waiting on 3 burgers.

I like Five Guys burgers, but this store has a quality problem. Normally Five Guys burgers are consistently good, but at this store, I've had the worst Five Guys burger I've ever ordered. The beef patty wasn't cooked long enough. This store needs a visit from corporate to get their act together. They're pulling the brand down. Also, they only included two packets of ketchup with my fries. Really Five Guys? Only two packets? Of all the Five Guys I've been to, this restaurant is the worst. Heads need to roll. read more

We went in to order. No one else was in line. We waited while the cashier played with a condiment dispense for about 5 minutes. The other employees just stared at her. Finally another girl took our order. We ordered burgers and one order of fries. When the order arrived there were no fries. The cashier didn't add them to the order so we forgot about them. Went to use the rest room. The floor was so greasy I skated all the way to the rest room. In side was the same and I had trouble standing. I mentioned it to an employee as I walked out of the rest room. They placed and orange cone in the hall. Where is the manager on duty?? He sure isn't managing? Burgers were good. read more

Food was good service sucked I've been there twice and after the last time I will never go to that location ever again Not only was I put on hold for 15 minutes trying to place a pickup order I arrived at the restaurant to find that there was five employees standing around and the manager was rude. read more

Dude. This is the only five guys location that doesn't do the Cajun fries right. At other locations when you order Cajun fries you actually get Cajun fries. At this location I even said extra Cajun and when it came out there was SURPRISE no Cajun on it lol. I smelled the seasoning but it was nowhere to be found. It's never found. I told the guy I got extra Cajun and he said Yeah those are Cajun and have me extra Cajun on the side?! That's not the same. Come on guys. Do it right. Fries were cold, burger was soggy as hell. read more

My food order was messed up. I got 'grilled onions' on the order when I ordered 'grilled mushrooms'. It was not my error as I would never order onions. Walked up to the counter and the manager on duty came to my aid while the counter person was busy helping a customer. He corrected the problem within a couple of minutes. Holy Cow that was fast. A bad situation was resolved fast and without hesitation. This place is good and recommend anyone to try it. read more

5 guys is the best fast food burger joint out there!! Staff is friendly and it's in a convenient location

I like Five Guys Burgers. I am not a huge carnivore. Never have been, but when I am in the mood for a burger, I will choose a 5G burger over that of a fast food burger. This particular 5 Guys is a nice establishment, very clean and the staff is really nice. They are always singing and laughing, they really seem to enjoy each other's company. They are always nice to the clientele as they come in, greeting you with a hearty "Hello" when you walk in. The food is very simple. Order a burger, pick your toppings, done. They have a kids menu as well. The fries are delicious and fresh, albeit a little on the greasy side, but they taste yummy. This particular establishment is always clean, always bright, always well maintained. The restrooms are also clean and nice. It's a nice place to stop in for a late night meal. My two guys (husband and son) always enjoy a stop at Five Guys. We don't make a habit of going there, but once in awhile, it's a nice treat. read more

I am a Five Guys fan because they do have the best burgers. However this was the worst location. It's was dirty. Granted when I came in they were busy but after the flood of people left they should have been cleaning. However from my observation all they were doing was talking and laughing. This crew didn't care about their shift. Tables, floors and kitchen all dirty. So glad I didn't have to go to the restroom. The GM needs to get this location and staff under control. I will not come back to this location. read more

Man this place has never disappointed me. I was starving and looking for a good burger and this may be the best place around here. It's way too amazing here. The burgers and fries are soooooooooooo good. Their online ordering is great & they don't make your fries until you get there so it's all super fresh. Everything is always delicious and they have a friendly, efficient staff. read more

Probably the best place to go for burgers and fries in this area. The quality fluctuates a little, this is why the 4 stars. Finally they added milkshakes! And they are good! Simple concept good food lively atmosphere. read more

So this is my May 1, 2014 update....Great improvement! Five Guys now gets Five Stars! So after my last visit, I received a call from one of the five guys...he was very apologetic about my last visit and wanted to make things right. He put my name in the book to replace my sandwich next time I go it. So we ordered the exact same thing as last time. The manager on duty said there was no chart. I told them I would gladly pay for the drink s and fries as only the burger had issues...but they insist ed and covered dinner. This time around they earned all five stars. Everything was perfect, including the bountiful layer of bacon. Great job guys...all five of you! read more

The cheeseburgers are terrific, the french fries are tasty. The staff is attentive.

Went back to this place and I have no complaints. It was a big improvement over the last time I was there.

I've been here about a half dozen times. When the staff is on their game, it's great. The burgers are always tasty, but on 4 out of 6 visits, I was served undercooked fries. What should have been the best fries in town turned out to be a limp, mealy, greasy, inedible mess. It wasn't as if the place was packed; there was no discernable excuse for rushing the fries. How hard is it to give them an extra 60 seconds in the fryer? Given what they charge, this is unacceptable. I won't return to this location. read more

Was not impressed at all. We were going to eat st IHOP but since the wait time was way too long for three kids we walked over to 5 guys. First off the prices are nuts ...a burger was like 6.99 and comes with no fries so I thought well maybe it's a big burger. Nope a regular Mcdonalds size burger. The fries were loaded down with salt...it felt like I was eating a pound of salt. Then I ordered the veggie sandwich. I'm thinking I'm getting a veggie burger nope it's just onions peppers mushroom on a bun. Super disgusting! It was almost $50 for us to eat at a fast food joint and the food was gross! I could have went to Mcdonalds and had dessert lunch and breakfast for that price and had a better meal. My husband used to work at a 5 guys in SC and as I remember the fries came with the burger as a meal fresh in a bag and the burgers were huge! We had to take half of it home. I would not recommend this place at all especially if your on a budget. read more
