The burger, a kamikaze burger had a lot of toppings on it, but I decided to take out the lettuce and tomatoes. it had a sweeter pickle, but I kind of prefer the older style dill pickle. The burger was the size of my hand and wear an extra large glove so that gives you a reference of how big this burger was. This burger was cooked perfectly and super tender, and the sautéed onions were delicious. The fries were amazing and fresh and it had a light coat of Cajun seasoning or house seasoning with a monster topping cheese. We will definitely be back and we are from Maryland, USA. The decor was simple and you can see him making your food in front of you.

The burger was massive and very generous with the toppings. They wisely provide plastic gloves for you so that as you wrangle the burger with both hands, you can keep them relatively clean. I am not a curly fries fan so my opinion of them shouldn't hold any weight, they weren't my favorite. But this burger was absolutely unreal. Staff were superb and provided excellent customer service. People said that there isn't a lot of seating and they're right, but I came on a Thursday afternoon so was able to enjoy my meal inside. I will recommend this to anyone in Toronto or visiting! 10's across the board

We really wanted to try their Holiday burger too but didn't get a chance because they were quite busy so there wasn't seating inside. Instead, we chose to brace the cold with the poutine to warm us up. It came out piping hot and the gravy helped to soak the fries. The cheese completely melted. I am not a huge fan of poutines usually but this was very tasty! I think having their curly fries as is with the crunchiness and ketchup would be great. The service was great and the team is very efficient. There were a bunch of walk-in and online orders. Kudos to them.

The service was friendly and patient as I was greeted upon entry and took my time perusing the menu. The restaurant was very clean and organized, not a lot of stuff on the walls and the bathrooms were in top shape which I appreciated. I ordered the classic double burger, with a side a fries and a cane cola. The burger was delicious! Toppings were fresh and tasty, and it made a mess with the sauces and condiments which is a sign of a great burger. It wasn't overly huge, a good size for my hands and they did get messy as I devoured this scrumptious burger. The Cane Cola was a nice accompaniment to try for the first time but not necessary to enjoy the burger. The fries were golden and crispy and quite a large portion for the price. I just wished the fry lengths were a bit longer as I received a lot of tiny pieces instead of longer potatoes which meant I was scooping them up in my hand to eat them. Not a dealbreaker, just an annoyance. The wait for the food wasn't very long, about 5-8 minutes and they brought the order to the table. I really enjoyed the burger and fries making this NOT just another burger spot but MTTBS = Must try this burger spot!

Walked into Crack Burger after seeing the 1000+ 5-Star Google reviews posted on the sign outside…read more It's a small spot, maybe 12 seats and right away he questioned why I should trust Google reviews when he inquired how we heard about them. The owner definitely gave me a little New York attitude about that, and honestly, his personality ended up being half the experience. We ordered two Crack Burgers, poutine fries, regular fries, and a completely plain burger for my very picky husband. The owner originally thought the plain burger was for a child since he was outside and seemed low-key offended when he realized it was an adult ordering a burger and a bun :) Then I made the mistake of asking for ketchup before I'd even tasted mine. Absolutely not. He basically told me I needed to try the burger FIRST before I was allowed to start adding anything to it. And you know what? I respect it. His personality may be a little off-putting if you don't appreciate that kind of humor, but we thought he was hilarious. You can tell he's genuinely passionate about his food and wants you to taste it the way he intended before changing anything. He was super honest, a really nice guy, and made the whole experience memorable. And most importantly, the food backed him up. The Crack Burger was amazing and I'm not even a big burger person. Would absolutely return if we're ever in Toronto again. Just know before you walk in: you may be the paying customer, but apparently you're still trying that burger his way first. And for good reason and it's good!
