What can you really add about five guys? Great hamburgers great french fries great hotdogs

My mom and I were curious about the Villages and stopped by Fice Guys for lunch. This location is nestled in a senior community filled with rows of golf carts. The burgers and fries were juicy and delicious! Excellent customer service and friendly service! This place was immaculately clean! read more

This Five Guys is on Brownwood Square in The Villages. I have gotten food here several times over the last year and always use the app to order. Makes it super convenient. The staff is always very friendly and my order is always correct. We love their burgers. If you don't want a bun, you can get it as a bowl or in a lettuce wrap. The also do good hot dogs and milk shakes. There is also a soda machine with many customizable options: diet caffeine free vanilla coke? Yup. Peach Fanta? Yup - you get the idea. Free refills. The fries are delicious. They drop them in the fryer when you arrive so they are fresh - so you have to check in and then wait a minute or two, but it's worth it. They put quite a few extra in the bag. While you wait, they have Fresh peanuts you can help yourself too and shell them yourself. Little secret - the reason they have peanuts so readily available is to signal to folks with a peanut allergy that they use peanut oil and that their are peanuts on the premises. There is plenty of seating inside and out. read more

Great burgers! Everything is made fresh! Their small fry is enough for two people! Plus! Free peanuts while.you.wait! This place is always clean read more

Food is always greasy . I don't like how when I come in it's somewhat clean but the dirty food doesn't help.

What is the hype? Extremely over-priced offerings for fast food. Service is atrocious and the place is not kept clean. Food quality is mediocre at best. For the same price, you can patronize a sit down restaurant with table service. read more

I don't know why this place has such a low star rating. It's a Five Guys. It's like every other Five Guys. It's not this location's fault it's so expensive now...that's every Five Guys. Food was exactly as you'd expect from any other one. It was crowded the day we went (a Saturday with some kind of market going on in the plaza) but man that staff was working their asses off taking orders, serving up food, and cleaning tables as they opened up. read more

I recently visited the Five Guys location at The Villages, they have The TASTIEST Burgers around. I get the Bacon Cheeseburger Double and have never been disappointed. The Fries left a bad taste in my mouth, they are way too greasy, I prefer Crispy. On this night I was the only customer and the tables inside were all clean. The outside tables weren't being attended to with crumbs and grease on several of them. Overall I guess they are slightly better than average. You Can't beat their burgers! read more

The burgers were greasy and great as usual. The piles of french fries are always a winner. Love the peanuts as well.

Great, friendly service. Best burgers in the county. Fries were perfect. Clean facilities. Great choice. I just want to say this restaurant is in The Villages so those are the reviews you're reading from some very entitled, spoiled, ungrateful people who have money, but not much else. read more

Another trip to 5 guys, another disappointment. I now go there about maybe once per quarter just because it is still a good product that I get a craving for even though it is grossly overpriced. But this little bacon cheeseburger was $11 and change by itself with tax, so that might be the last time. And they also no longer have malt for shakes which is so specific and absurd. I was going to order a grossly overpriced shake to go along with my grossly overpriced burger, but was told they could not make me a malted shake because they are no longer "stocking it". When I ask why, I get the what are you talking about look from the Gen Y order person and a side of shrug. Comparatively, I can go to Cody's Roadhouse in Sumter Landing and get a happy hour cheeseburger, which is a described as a slider on the menu but is a full sized burger, free peanuts and a 2 for 1 Woodford Reserve and Coke for the SAME PRICE. The value proposition is far superior. LMFAO read more

$18 not including tip for a very anemic cheeseburger, small fry and small drink?!! Granted, the small fry serving was huge but not good - big greasy over cooked mess. I ended up tossing most of the fries. It would be better to have 1/3 the fry serving size and 1/3 the cost! Won't be back! If you go just get the burger, a cup of water and the free peanuts. Just meh and overpriced. read more

Omg. We finally have a Five Guys in Lecanto! My sister took me there for the first time and all I got were the fries!! Well it's a good 40 minute drive but I'm totally sold!! Went back this week and got lunch for myself and friend, burgers were great and fries perfect! Price was a bit higher than I'd like to spend but will definitely go back if only for the fries!! read more

Good consistent food. It's close to my work so I can walk here regularly for lunch. Very clean and workers seem nice and always cleaning. But, it's super expensive for what you get. It's just burgers and fries and always over $20. The first few times it took forever then a little more quicker even with not a lot of customers in the restaurant. It is fresh and fries always fresh, hot, and well done the way I like them. Tip: order there, eat there, and only ask for a little fries as you know they always give more in the bag. However, there is always the same fries lady (with the mask) that screams your number multiple times, even though your the only one in the store and standing right there. I also wish they didn't put the burger in the bottom of the bag under all the hot fries that eats through the paper bag and you have to dig through. Also, their coke machine at times taste weird or carbonation taste weird. I also suggested they get onion rings and could use a chicken sandwich on their menu to try something different. Give them a try! read more

Order a couple of little cheeseburgers, 1 large fry and 2 drinks cost $35.00. Expensive, but so good. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh, everything was delicious! Restaurant and restrooms were clean, service was great. read more

They were not busy the hamburgers was cold and the fries were not completely cooked and were too salty to eat! Burger fries and a coke for $20 is ridiculous! read more

We have tried to eat here 3 different times in 3 months and we leave after entering every time. This restaurant has a very strong sulfur sewer smell as soon as you walk in. Very unappetizing and I'm guessing unhealthy too. Very disappointing for an establishment in The Villages. Maybe the health department should know about this. Don't eat here!! read more

Why are you automatically adding 15% service charge? And you do it before the customer has a chance to cancel the order. I'm done with you and all Five Guys burger stores. read more

Did an online order paid online ect. came in 8 mins after them saying it was completed to have to wait 23 mins now for my order. Do not buy from here waste of time and my lunch break workers looked high off drugs sincerly villages employer read more

Five Guys - My watch for time after ordering 136pm - Burgers Near Me - The Villages, Florida

If you know Five Guys you know what to expect, if you don't - time to find out! Simplified in every way like you could think Steve Jobs invented the place. Free peanuts in the shell keeps you busy while you wait, your burger is made fresh and just fast enough to make it delicious. Menu is easy yes-no-go. Red and white interior, boring but clean. If you like burgers, this is your joint. read more

Five Guys - Sorry, no pictures of the burgers, they all went too fast! - Burgers Near Me - The Villages, Florida

Can I give a zero? No tp in the restroom. Filthiest restroom I have ever seen. I can never come back here. Who owns this place? Do they even care? read more

First time we've been here in a long time. I had a hot dog, hubby had small burger and we split fries & a pop. It was actually pretty good unlike last time, however, the price you pay is a bit steep for what you get. read more

We walked in 30 minutes before close John was nice enough to take our order and then he didn't make us feel rushed. He was attentive and giving. The rest of the staff was as well. Great experience! read more

Consistently great delivery. We have ordered many times from this location and the food is always still warm when we get it. The Little Bacon Cheeseburger is delicious and the fries are plentiful and fresh. We love the milkshakes too. Keep up the good work Five Guys! read more

Burger and fries were great, staff was friendly. Only thing is they ended up losing my order somehow after it was put in, but they were very professional and got it remade and to me right away and even offered a shake for the wait, but I declined. Working in the food service industry myself, I know things happen. read more

So not my type of place as the vegetarian offerings are limited but I will go in for the occasional french fry order and a sugary drink order. And, when I do, I am quite pleased. But, seriously, why can they not offer a veggie burger? read more

Strong smell of cleaning products. Yet, it's dirty..crumbs, food scraps on the floor. Tables sticky, puddles of sodas. Dingy decor. Place should be shut down. If the restaurant area is dirty, what's the food prep and storage area like? read more

Okay, I know, I know...................five stars on a burger join?!?!?! Yep. Really good burgers (3 stars), great service (1 more star) and very reasonable price (another star). That's my math. We (two of us) like to go in and order-up three double burgers. Three different. We slice and dice and have a mini-buffet. The fries are amazing. ((& yes, we don't finish all three burgers, but we like the variety)) These are $20 burgers, for 1/2 the price. Please go and give them a shot. read more

This is a traditional five guys location. Other than the silver backs lurking the sidewalks and streets In their golf carts it's nothing more than the amazing five guys. The orders are always on time, food is cooked exactly how I requested it. The staff always prompt, professional, and extremely courteous. I've had the pleasure of meeting the manager a few times and she runs a tight ship. Like all businesses should be ran. Keep up the good work. read more

Awesome burgersBacon Cheeseburger. I would recommend this place. 5 guys. .

This used to be a favorite place to go for a burger. Only 2 customers in the place and the fries like rubber. My burger was room temperature at best. Friends burger was all wrong and they scoffed at making a new one. Still not right. Whatever happened to caring about what you serve. read more

Always a yummy place to eat! No this is not the place to go if you're on a diet or a vegetarian. The fact that people are giving low ratings for a HAMBURGER restaurant because they're vegetarians is just ridiculous! Go here for a big old juicy cow burger and leave greasy and happy! read more

Toppings make the flavor of the burger good, but too pricey for what you get....where's the beef? read more

This is the worst five guys I've ever been to. It obviously is poorly managed as it seems to always be understaffed and I never see the same people working there. Food is just ok but typically end up with an incorrect order (ie a little bacon burger ends up having no bacon lol). This five guys doesn't seem to be on par with or managed as well as the other five guys I've been to for some reason. I only visited multiple times due to convenience but no more. I won't be back. Pick somewhere else... read more

No value here! Over $23 for 2 burgers fries and soda. Fries were nearly raw. Won't be back anytime soon! read more

I live in Leesburg, so must drive 18 miles to get to Five Guys. They have the best burgers and fries, so it's worth the drive. Today, 4/18/21, I made the drive because we were all in the mood for burgers. When we got to Five Guys in Brownwood, there was a sign on the door that they were closed for the day. I can't express my disappointment enough. Five Guys is now classified as an unreliable establishment in my mind, and I can no longer depend on them being open. read more

Ala cart? What is this place. Over $9 for a burger that's not great. Plus you have to pay extra for fries an a drink. Here's a tip throw in fries and a drink you may get more business. Outrageous, where's Whataburger, they even have table service. read more

This Five Guys is like everyone I have ever been to. Great burgers, great fries!! I even had a milkshake once and it was great also. Surprisingly, this location never seems to be busy. read more

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger. No bacon. How do y'all u miss the bacon? Had to wait for them to remake it. Big time sucked.

I served my country for 8 years and the City of NY for another 16, and have never been reprimanded. As a matter of fact, I've been awarded numerous times. Apparently Five Guys at Brownwood square in The Villages requires a cashier to belittle me and speak to me and my wife with such disrespect because I have yet to receive my Five Guys degree that he obviously earned. I've never seen employees work so hard to do absolutely nothing... maybe fill the ketchup, maybe when someone asks for some, you get it? Maybe wipe down the sticky buildup on the dinning tables? Maybe clean the disgusting soda dispenser, or at least a wipe down? The owner of this place is obviously a disgrace. From managers to the associates, this is a complete breakdown in leadership. If I performed any of my jobs like this, people would be hurt or killed... even when I was an 16 year old landscaper. As for the cashier, Damion, being condescending and speaking down to people you don't know is exhausting, but there's still hope for you. I know you can turn yourself around and become a productive member of society! read more
