Lunch time quick stop while out and about on my visit to see family for Tday. Staff were friendly and fast, all the food was hot and looked fresh and tasted great. Tables were in need of cleaning as the tables we looked at all had crumbs and misc pieces left behind. We sat outside since the weather was so nice but we had to wipe down our table. We order 3 bowls, 2 fountain drinks and one Mexican coke and cost was $47!!! Chipotle is good but costly for fast food lunch type place but we go in knowing this. read more

Decent enough Chipotle Mexican Grill. It appears to be a newer location. Service was okay here. It was friendly enough. The ambiance is what you would expect from a Chipotle Mexican Grill. I don't do a lot of fast-food, Chipotle Mexican Grill is probably the only one that I do with any regularity. All in all, this is a good location. read more

Total melt down! We always order on the app to save time and customize our lunch more easily. We placed our order in the parking lot then waited until about 5 minutes before our food was supposed to be ready, before heading inside. At the appointed hour, there was no sign of our meals. There were 3-4 others sitting in the dining room, wondering where their orders were. 25 minutes later, our lunches arrived. I remarked to the cashier, I'm reporting this to corporate. She responded "I would." As we munched, I watched several customers get their meals after a long wait. It seems like the drive up window is a priority for the overworked staff. In fact, I saw people at the back of the walk up line, order, eat and leave before we got our lunches. This fairly new addition to The Villages needs a shake up. It is a hot mess. read more

Chipotle often sends out rewards and bonus enticing emails to boost patronage and we took advantage of a bogo ending real soon. We went mid evening and it was not too busy, when we ordered two chicken bowl burritos with all the fixings. The food guy was generous with all items, which was appreciated, and off we went to enjoy our food. The restaurant got a lot busier, so we were glad we came in when we did and will definitely come back, even without a BOGO. read more

Our new local Chipotle is off to a great start. I ordered in the app and went to pick it up through the drive through. Everything was correct in our order and it was ready on time and hot. I haven't had a chance to go inside yet, but we're happy to have a new Chipotle so close. The staff at the drive through were super friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back and make this our regular Chipotle location. Tip: Download the free app - you earn points and get offers every so often. Rude, out of items, took forever. She rolled her eyes when I asked for the vinaigrette.

The past two times I've gone into this location, most recently this past Saturday evening, the staff were all congregated talking, laughing, and were completely oblivious to the growing line of people waiting to order. There were items like lettuce, beans, etc that were completely empty, and what smelled like burning carne asada not being tended to because everyone was too busy chatting it up and goofing around. If there was a manager there, they should definitely be reevaluated, because no one was there to work, or cared about customer service whatsoever. It was so embarrassing to watch as a small business owner who manages retail. This place needs help.Badly! read more

While standing in line today at 10:47 am... keep in mind they open at 10:45.... I saw the lettuce was all brown in color. Good thing I wasn't getting a salad. Big turn off. Today I had a very strange Chipotle experience. We got on line and heard an employee shout, "Cash or app payment only, our system isn't taking cards!" We had cash, so no problem...or so we thought. I ordered a bowl. The server scraped the bottom of the pinto beans container, plopping the dregs on my rice. I then watched as another employee dropped a triangular plastic piece in the tub of sour cream and unceremoniously picked it out. He didn't change out the sour cream, he just continued to serve it. Food bowls were piling up on the line. No one was being checked out. The server started my friend's bowl. He scraped at the sides of the bean container and added the scrapings to the bowl of rice and said more beans were coming up. We waited. And waited. The staff tried to get the register working. We waited 15-20 minutes and then decided to set a time limit as to how long we would endure this mess. At this point, they should have started handing out bowls, but no, they sat there on the counter, getting cold and soggy while people waited for them to fix their computer. Our time limit was reached. No additional beans were produced. There was no honey chicken the entire time I was there. My friend's bowl sat congealing on the counter and I lost my appetite for Chipotle, probably permanently. Dropping items in the food and continuing to serve it is foul. read more
