For two Fridays in a row, I've dealt with her blatant disrespect and bad attitude. Tonight, after she caught yet another attitude during my phone order she also cut me off and slammed the phone down before i finished talking, I attempted to address the issue in person. Instead of a professional apology, I was met with verbal abuse. She didn't just provide bad service--she became unhinged. She told me i should know how to order food... she cursed at me, multiple times and told me my "life is miserable," and physically chased me to the door while screaming at me. I was already at my car door and she was still screaming at me. As a frequent customer, I have never felt so disrespected or unsafe. No one should be subjected to this level of aggression getting take-out. This individual is a massive liability to the business and has no place in a management role. I'm done with Pudgies.
