Dixon was great! He fixed the Uber Eats error in no time. He really knows how to take charge and take care of the customer. He is a very hard worker and always moving around helping everyone. It looks like he is everywhere at the same time, making sure everything is running smoothly. He stays calm, focused, and professional even when things are busy. You can tell he cares about doing his job well and helping both the team and the customers. Employees like Dixon make a big difference in the workplace, and he truly deserves a raise for his dedication and effort.

I'm not a big fan of Five Guys. I'm more of an "In-N-Out" type of guy. I just feel like I get more bang for my buck from In-N-Out or even The Habit Burger. That said... This is a FANTASTIC location for Five Guys! The restaurant is big and ALWAYS clean. They go up and beyond when it comes to cleanliness and safety (for COVID). The food is always perfectly well-cooked and prepared just the way that I requested. This location has plenty of parking. Located in the Marketplace at Redwood Shores shopping center along Redwood Shores Parkway (across from Electronic Arts [EA]), this is a great spot to pick up a burger to go. You can pick up groceries at Nob Hill or grab some other things in the same shopping center. As far as Five Guys restaurants, this might be one of my favorite locations. The staff and cooks are great and it is a convenient spot for takeout or eating in.

If you want a burger! go to a burger joint! This place never disappoints your taste buds. I Ordered r a bacon cheese and a banana and peanut butter milkshake . This place will hit the spot. No frills and trills it's a good old burger with the more than basic stuffing. Friendly staff and clean eating tables. I would recommend this if you want a burger today!

Went to this five guys, new location. Better than the belmont location. Ample parking. Ordered their cheeseburger and it is huge. Five guys deal is that their burgers dont use fillers and supposed to be fresh. Not yet organic like the shack. Cant decide which one is better five guys or wendys.

The burgers and fries here were good but shockingly expensive for a fast food place. The shakes were meh.

The pastrami was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, layered generously in the sandwich. Every bite was rich and satisfying without feeling too heavy. The garlic fries topped with pastrami were just as good--crispy fries loaded with savory, flavorful meat and just the right amount of garlic. Super indulgent and perfect for sharing (or not). You can tell this is a popular, staple spot--there's a reason people keep coming back. Overall, a solid choice if you're craving something hearty and flavorful. Would come back to try more off the menu.

We ordered: -Onion rings: Super crispy and the onion didn't fall out with each bite. The ranch also was very tasty! -the Reuben: Crispy bread that paired perfectly with the pastrami meat. The Swiss cheese added even more flavor to the sandwich. -Philly cheesesteak: PASS. The meat tasted super stinky and paired with the melted cheese made it even worse. Will not order this ever again. Overall, this place is ok for a quick lunch. They have a wide variety of beers which is nice. I'd only return if I was desperate for a pastrami sandwich in this specific area.

I ordered the breakfast hash with drip coffee, which was very hearty and delicious. The potato pureé in the dish tasted great and cut the saltiness from the pork. Long wait time…read more 3/22/25 I came here for lunch with a group of 10. We sat outside on the patio since I brought my dog Coco. The grillhouse is located in a plaza off Redwood Shores Parkway. Parking was very easy to find. Here's what I got: GH shrimp po boy with seasoned fries I will say that it did take a while for everyone to decide on what to order since they were 10 of us. And I think because since we were a bigger party, our food took 30 minutes to come out. I think my sandwich overall was just OK. The bread was kind of hard and the shrimp could have been seasoned better. The seasoned fries were the star of the plate. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing that day, but I'm willing to give them another try.

Upon walking in there was private event going on, so I had to sit outside which was ok. I was very hungry so I ordered the Hickory Burger and the grilled buffalo wings after a recommendation made by the waitress. Hickory Burger: Surprised it was small and very disappointing. The bacon was overcooked and dry which I should have taken a picture of. The bun used was a sesame seed bun and made a mess every time I grabbed the burger from the seeds on the bun. The burger comes with bbq sauce on it but I chose to add it on the side. The seasoned fries sounded great but was really salty and was one of the worst fries I've had in a while. I had ranch dipping sauce so I dipped there many times to combat the over power seasoning. It did the job to fill my stomach, but I wasn't satisfied. Overall I don't know if this is place I'd go out of my way to come to again.
