I love Five Guys and come to this location all the time. It truly is a great chain of restaurants! I've never gotten a bad meal here and recommend to anyone that loves burgers and fries! Stopped by for the first time in awhile last night. Ordered a jalapeño cheeseburger and the guys like we don't have a jalapeño cheeseburger. My response was you do have cheeseburgers right? (His response was yes) I then asked if they had jalapeños and he also responded yes. Well, when you put a jalapeños on a cheeseburger, that would make it a jalapeño cheeseburger. When this place first opened I was really excited. My friends had been to the one in Mobile and said it was great. They were right. I can't think of any chain burger place that beats this place. Now that Times Grill closed this is my favorite chain burger place. I love trying different combinations of toppings on my burger. You can get 1 or 2 patties (a junior or a regular). They also have great hotdogs which they cut down on the middle. There's about 20 different toppings which you can put on your hamburger, hotdog or grilled cheese. My vegetarian friend always gets the grilled cheese and piles it with veggies. Everything is wrapped in plain foil and put in a brown paper bag which is the fries coat in grease, er peanut oil. A warning about the fries: a regular sized one is more than enough for one person. Oh and the cajun seasoning smells like feet so get your fries plain. You can eat peanuts while (if) you have to wait in line. When it's busy getting a table can be a challenge even though they have like 40 tables in the place. It can turn into a bit of a maze. Definitely give this place a try. read more

The best chain burger in Pensacola. That being said, it certainly is not as good as the burgers at McGuires or In and Out Burger or Fat Burger, but the only other one that is in Pensacola is McGuires. So if you want a good burger, you have a choice of Five Guys or McGuires. Price and convenience puts this place at the top of the list. The fries are fresh, plentiful and good. I just wish they would do something about their buns, They fall apart before you can finish the burger. Also, don't put the burger on the bottom of the bag, beneath all the fries. read more

Going here the first time I expected nothing and was still disappointed with a small selection and a bag of grease. You pay for everything separately including condiments on already over priced burgers. the burgers are subpar and for the same price you can get 3 McDonalds burgers and be just as satisfied. The environment is loud and cramped in an attempt to recreate a fifties style restaurant and it appears no one cleans. the wait was atrocious and my party of 3 were nearly done with our first set of drinks that came in tiny cups well below average drink size. The fries are plenty but the salt in Greece literally leak out of their tiny cups and cover the bag leaving it nearly untouchable. it may have been an off night or crew but I will not be visiting there again as steak-n-shake has a better experience. read more

First time at Five Guys and the food was equivalent to any fast food. And the price definetely didnt match the food. $40 for about 15 dollars worth of food. I could have taken my family of 4 to "Longhorn Steakhouse" for the same price including tip and ate a great meal. For the prices of your burgers they should include fries and drink. read more

I really like Five Guys. I have only been twice, but it's definitely the fast food burger that apeals to my husband and I. Yes, it could be from the size (we always get a regular - 2 patties). It could also be from the unlimited free toppings, we like them all. It could be from the outragous amount of fries they give you, I dunno. We don't eat fast food often, so when we do, it's a splurge and this hit the spot. While yes, it might be pricier than other fast food joints, but the quanity and quality makes it worth it once in a while when you have one of those "I could destroy a burger" cravings. Not to mention the absurde amount of fries they give you. We typically don't listen when people tell us portions are huge, but we are glad we did that time. A regular sized fry is big in itself, but once they put the container in a bag, they scoop out even more and dump them ontop. A regular is MORE than enough for 2 people. You could probably eat just those as a meal in itself. I'm not saying its the greatest made burger patty around, but it's good, and the sandwich as a whole tastes much better than other fast food joints. I think it's worth going. Plus, it's kinda nice to see people cooking your burgers out in the open. read more

Went with w couple friends. My burger was pretty dry. Driest burger I've ever had at a five guys. I was surprised.

They have numerous postings throughout the restaurant pertaining to their reviews throughout the U.S. and they are accurate. Order the regular order of fries as the large is huge. Two people cannot eat a regular order, there is that much. Also, order the Regular Burger not the double as the regular is quite large. The only reason why I took the family here was to support a school fundraiser and ordered 5 minutes early and wasn't told until after paying that it didn't count towards the proceeds. I will never return here. First they asked us to wait when coming to the drive thru. They had no cars in line and no cars except 3 police cars in the parking lot. We ordered 3 meals. As usual they tried to give us old fries that were soggy and cold. Our food was made incorrectly. How hard is it to make a burger? Obviously for the 8 people in the back it was overwhelming. I was asked to pull forward but upon seeing my food was wrong I went in. I have no patience for incompetence. I asked for a refund and the so called manager John looked at me like I was asking for the cure for cancer. He asked for a receipt which the only paper I had was not the correct one. He told me he would not refund my food b/c he cannot with all this technology pull my order up. Now my car was in the drive thru still, the man bringing me my fries came up to the register and the person behind me was still in line. I found my receipt on the ground where I got out. This place is a joke it was so dirty and the hassle at 12:45am isn't worth dealing with. all they had were 3 police men in the lobby that had all ready been served. When we asked for a complaint line we were told they don't have one they are franchise and that was all they could do. Keep your disgusting food and maybe you need to hire competent people to do this simple job. read more

A little on the pricy side to - over $10 for a burger and small fountain drink (no fries.) I was NOT impressed with this place at all. I ordered 2 burgers/fries/drinks via the phone and was told that the order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. That's normal for a busy place. The order hadn't even been cooked when I got there 20 minutes later. Had to wait a total of 50 minutes to pick up. The place was busy, but not that much. You can go to Applebee's and have your food ready in less time. Also I paid $10.50 for a burger, fries, and drink and the burger was no bigger than a BK double-cheeseburger with no difference in taste. I'm sorry, but if I'm paying 10 bucks for a burger it needs to taste better than one I can buy at BK or Hardee's (which is about 5 bucks cheaper). The fries need work too. These guys seem to pride themselves on their fries, but the only good thing I found with them was a large amount of fries. I got the cajun flavored which was DRENCHED in cajun seasoning. It was overpowering. All in all, I'd say this place was a waste of my money as I can get a better and BIGGER burger with almost as many fries for the same price at Red Robin. read more
