It's renovated interior is nice, and the new pickup system makes enough sense. They also have a kiosk for ordering, so you can bypass the angsty teens working the register if you want. And yes, this is one of the thousands of McDonalds that built a fireplace in the seating area, only to never have it on. Drive-through speed is reliably unremarkable. But the customer service is where it gets interesting. I can sum it up like this: 1 PM, ordering is easy and the service is fine. 1 AM, you'll essentially have to have a passive aggressive gladiator match with one or two disgruntled employees. So this McDonalds gets 4 out of 5 stars. It's not bad, especially compared to others in the area. But on the global McDonalds scale, it's not exactly a model system they've got going on either.
