I come here all the time but tonight I went and they gave me a undercooked burger. As a very hungry pregnant woman I'm so disappointed. It was not packed at all so I don't understand the rush on the food. They had me waiting on fries, when they should've been still cooking my burger. We decided to switch up our burger night from Schoops to Five Guys. I was anxiously anticipating those cajun fries! We appreciated that the staff waited until we arrived to pick up our order to assemble our food. The burgers and fries were delicious and fresh. The problem was in the packaging of the food. Burgers and fries are packed in the equivalent of paper lunch bags. In addition, a generous extra cup of fries are poured into the bag. The steam from the hot burgers and the grease from the fries disintegrate the flimsy bag rather quickly. We requested a plastic shopping bag to place the food bags in to help keep everything together. We were told, "no." I wonder why. The customer ahead of us was given one. So, back to Schoops. We won't be back to this Five Guys. read more

Picked up lunch here this past week and was pretty disappointed. There was one employee visible for about the first 5 minutes of my visit and then a woman came from the back in a black shirt (manager?) she didn't greet me she just stood in front of the computer with dripping wet hands and by the look on her face I could see she was ready for me to say what I wanted to order. So I ordered. She then left the other employee in the front alone again to prepare all the orders by himself. 20 minutes later our lunch was ready. The fries tasted kind of burnt to me but my burger was superb. I love five guys food and realize employees are under a great deal of pressure but I didn't like how she was letting one guy do all the work. I live not far from FG and I'm disappointed this restaurant went in instead of some of the others I heard rumors of. Their burgers are good, not great. Maybe they were over hyped. When I walked into the store, everything was clean and bright. Customer service is really good and I'm big on that. The cashiers are usually friendly, attentive and enthusiastic and ready to help with your order. The wait varies but never seems to be more than 10 minutes long. As for the burgers... Delicious! I love how they come in different sizes too and they're made really well. They offer hot dogs and now sandwiches, but I have not quite tried them yet. Their fries are always crispy and fresh and always spill over the cup because they add extra to your bag. I love coming here, and this location is fairly convenient, but the parking lot is way too small. Food quality is great. Everything is made fresh right there in front of you. Burgers are very good and juicy. Fries are ok, just tell them to take it easy on the cajun seasoning. Only downfall is that this place is kind of expensive. For a double cheese burger, fries and drink I paid almost 15 dollars. If you're coming in for a family night out make sure you bring a few extra dollars with you. Its a great clean place to eat every once in a while. read more

Hated it! Overly salted fries. Burnt, hard well-done hamburger. SWEET, head sickening chocolate shake. Paid $35.00 for four burgers, one large SALTY fries, chocolate shake, and large soda/pop. Almost $6.00 for a double hamburger WITHOUT FRIES! I requested grilled onions and extra mushrooms. Difficult to find and/or taste the tiny onions, and the mushrooms were tasteless. Tasted my son's cheeseburger, and wanted to spit it out. VERY SALTY, DRY AND OVERCOOKED. Reminded me of a Wendy's cheeseburger, which I truly dislike. Loud in-store music! While waiting for our food, my husband and sons tasted the free peanuts. Immediately, my sons (4- and 6-years-old) spit it out and said, "they're too salty. I don't like them!" Then, my husband, who LOVES salt and peanuts, tasted them. He remarked about their saltiness. I thought dining-in meant you're served on a clean, sanitary tray. Nope. YUUM! Tho just a tad pricey, FG has delicious big juicy burgers and their fries are to die for. Every time you walk into a FG, you are welcomed by the staff, and every time you leave you are told "goodbye!" I love the friendly atmosphere, especially since it seems like the workers actually enjoy working there and are always super nice. I know the parking lot is not the best, but how is that the restaurants fault? They have a section that is specially for there restaurant, and most the time there is parking there so its not a big deal, you just have to be patient because all of the drivers that don't know how to drive in parking lots. The people are all extremely friendly and it's very clear that they love their jobs. The food is also great (but you can expect that at any Five Guys). Used to be good, franchise is too big now and quality has gone way down since. Burgers are nothing special compared to other burger chains, fries are super soggy and never have very much cajun or salt depending on which you order. This location is always cold and you can see the light fixtures swaying below the vents. Parking lot is super tiny, usually park my truck in Dunkin Donuts parking lot. I frequent this location on average 2-3 times a month. Love love love the food. Great service. Place is clean. The one thing I hate is how loud the music is. Tonight customers couldn't even hear their numbers being called. I always get carry out because dining in makes it impossible to carry on a conversation.
