I paid 50 for a delivery order through the app that had plain fries instead of Cajun like I ordered. When I called to try and get it fixed they said call door dash (i guess that's who they use for delivery service). DoorDash said call the restaurant. Really frustrating that the one day I don't have my car and have to get delivery I can't get my correct order. Disappointing that yall couldn't get it right tonight. Tried this location 3 times before leaving a review in order to be fair. I'll list my pros and cons and you decide what matters most to you. CONS: - Using the app to order ahead feels like a waste of time. My order typically takes 8-13mins according to the app. I pull up to the parking lot after 12 mins and the GPS on the app informs me that my order is ready. I go inside the restaurant and I still have to wait an additional 7-8 minutes for the fries to be bagged. I know their policy is to only bag your fries when fresh but It's frustrating when your order says ready on the app but you're still waiting no matter how busy they may be. I'd rather get a root canal than stand in line :-( - French fries are often smothered in salt at this location. _________________ PROS: - Burgers are delicious despite being expensive - wish they could toast the buns though. - Employees are friendly and seemingly happy to be at work unlike the other fast food restaurants in the area. - In the end I only return because the service outweighs any minor inconveniences. read more

A bunch of employees discussing personal issues, arguing with each other and not being diligent about their work. 40 minutes for a single hot dog. Barely anyone in the place.
