Where do I start, I got a regular cheeseburger, so maybe that's where I went wrong, but I'm not sure. The bread was hard and stiff I think it was stale and the burger itself had no flavor whatsoever. I can make a better burger at home. The thing is, I've had Five Guys before in Louisiana, and I really liked it. I honestly just think it was the people making the food at this location who didn't know what they were doing. Anyway, don't let this Five Guys stop you from trying the other locations! read more

Too expensive!! Service was outstanding!! The price of everything was ridiculous!! You are better off going to longhorn!!

Just an average burger definitely not worth the price they're charging. For the smaller burger with tax it comes out to $9.34. You can go to Sully's and get a burger of better quality at an includes french fries for about the same price. Solis is definitely a step up from Five Guys fast food burger. Way too expensive for the quality of food. The service was good. The people were friendly. They did not look like they were very busy which means the food is probably getting old. If they don't lower their price, this is probably going to be the next business in Hattiesburg that goes out of business. read more

First time at five guys in this location. We have been once before back home. Staff was friendly and the place was busy. You could tell they were slammed because the place was a little dirty, tables not wiped down, etc. Ordered the lettuce wrap bacon cheeseburger which was good. Extremely messy but good. Lady who helped recommended I add some Cajun seasoning to it. I did and it was nice! Fries were a little greasy according to my kids. Worth the price of the name on the sign? Probably not, but hey it was decent food so we could continue on our journey. read more

I got the bacon cheeseburger. It was so good and delicious. Every bite was saved. Very polite service overall was a good place to visit with your family visit. The Cajun fries are so awesome. read more

too much mayonnaise and cheese. Having to eat it with a fork. I miss backyard burger and the loins choice from years ago.. only come here when Chick-fil-A is too busy. Hattiesburg needs to get rid of a lot of long standing restaurants restaurants (Zaxby's, dickies, raising canes, which which, steak out, Tophers) all need to go. Time for some turnover and fresh ideas. read more

Five Guys - Too much mayo and cheese. Messy. Having to eat with a fork. - Burgers Near Me - Hattiesburg, Mississippi

Hamburgers had no seasoning. :(. Prices are high and they ask what kind of fries and drink you want with it so you think it's a combo the way they present it. A small fry is $5.40 and drink is another $3.00. So this marketing ploy adds $8.00 plus to each burger. It was an expensive lunch with almost no taste. Very disappointing. Don't waste 'em your money! read more

We couldn't decide what to eat so we thought to give this place a try. Smells delicious at the initial walk in. You stand in line and order your food. Free peanuts as your appetizer. Free refills and free toppings for your burgers. I got a bacon cheese burger with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms and grilled jalepenos. It was good but not great. I loved the free toppings tho! Fries were pretty good. Hand cut so there's no freezer taste to it! Always a plus! Would love a side of hot cheese sauce for my fries! That would bump this review up to 5 stars. read more

Good food (best burger I've found since moving to MS. Delish when I'm craving a little grease!!! Expensive$$$

I've been hearing a lot about this place since it opened and we finally made it by. Overall I would say I was not as impressed as I anticipated. Burgers were nothing incredible especially considering the price. The French fry portions are enormous and the all you can eat shelled peanuts seems strangely out of place. read more

Five Guys - Our order - Burgers Near Me - Hattiesburg, Mississippi

We are the first timer. We took sometimes to look at their menu. It was not difficult at all. Once we knew what we want, we placed our orders. The waitress was very helpful and friendly. Not too many people in the cooking area, so we could easily took a peek on the food prep. I love their burger patty. It was fresh!! Not frozen patty like other burgers joint. I ordered Little Burger with mayo, lettuces, grilled onions, grilled mushroom, grilled jalapeno. It surprised me that the jalapeno was fresh not pickled. Give my burger more flavor, Love It!!! My hubby's ordered Little Burger all the way. It means with all the toppings they offered in black letters. We loved their fries as it's still has the skin on. Fries taste good. Not too crispy, not too soggy either. It's just perfect. We definitely will return for some more burgers or maybe try on their hot dogs. read more

Always a fantastic place to grab a burger! Any parent can truly appreciate that burgers are numbered with stickers and they give you an itemized receipt to help divvy up the goods. You're going to pay for good food, so don't expect to be eating on the cheap! :-) read more

Five Guys - Itemized receipt makes parenting easier! - Burgers Near Me - Hattiesburg, Mississippi

We paid $40 for just 2 burgers (1 regular and 1 little one) , 1 order of regular fries, and 2 drinks! Then the burgers were so soggy :(

Talk about absurdity bordering on feckless! The Hattiesburg 5 Guys has pickles "covered" as a condiment. That's right, no pickles. They say they're out; won't have any more till January. I suggested going to a local grocery and buying some pickles. Unfortunately, 5 Guys management instructs their "crack" local crews that they can only buy pickles, should they run out, from Krogers. As there is no Krogers in Hattiesburg...well, you see we have a very complex management problem! read more

I really like their burgers. They are cooked to order. I always get the double cheeseburger dressed without mushrooms. The meat is flavorful. The fries are not my favorite though. They are not cheap, but to me its worth it. read more

This is the best burger ever. It reminded me of how a real burger is supposed to taste. My husband and I were without words and all we could say after each bite was umm, umm, umm. We didn' t realize what we've been missing until we had one of these burgers for the first time. This will definitely be our first choice for a burger. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for the most delicious burger we have ever had. Keep up the good work. read more

This one is not run as well as most Five Guys stores I've been to when visiting other states. The burgers are still pretty good, but they could do better, especially considering the cost. The fries are the real rip off. At other Five Guys they give you a very large helping that contains almost as many fries loose in the bag as in the portion cup (heaven knows you are paying for it), but this location gives you a sub-standard helping that barely fills the little cup while the prices are the same as any other Five Guys. read more

For a burger joint, this place is pretty good. I was warned not to order too large a fry. You get double the fries! I mean there's a cup full of fries, and another cup in the bottom of the bag. The fries are good, the burger is delicious. My only complaint is that cheese fries aren't an option. Seriously people, NACHO CHEESE FRIES are where it's at. I demand a fast food place to blow my mind with nacho cheese fries. read more

Here's a first and will definitely be our last. Ordered our burgers with 2 waters. Charged us $5.00 for the cups!! Didn't warn us before the charge. When we questioned the cashier, he said they have to charge for the cups. We could have gotten 2 bottled Dasani for $4.00. What a rip! Will be our last visit to Hburg Five Guys. read more

Great food, great service, I think they need a bigger building because this place is always packed. Looks like they keep everything clean, cleaner than most McDonald's you go into in this area. read more

The food may be fresh but it's ridiculously expensive.ive never spent 14$ for a burger and fries until I went there.the main attraction to me was there supposedly "seasoned " fries . instead of crisp seasoned hot fries,I received a huge bag of greasy, bland and soggy ones instead. read more

Really great service, food is fresh and tasty. Employees were all very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is also very clean.

Shout out to Lewis and the team. Clean place and good food ! 10/10 recommend! Fries are always fresh and burger is just omg delicious! It's quick and fresh what else can you ask for ! read more

Three stars because the food was good, not great, but good. The ordering is ok. But, come on, $40 bucks for three burgers, fries and bottles of water? I can ( and will) do better at lots of places around Hattiesburg. The food was good, but not 40 bucks good! read more

I won't go so far as to say that they have the best burgers, but they are pretty good. I was surprised when I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger and it was close to $8. Their burgers are kind of small, and for 4-6 bucks more, I could have gotten a bigger bacon cheeseburger at Cheddars, Applebees or any number of restaurants along with some fries. I should have paid closer attention to the price before I ordered it. Anyway, I've been here a few times now and the staff is always super friendly. I do like the fact that they offer a wide variety of toppings for their cheeseburgers and hot dogs. In addition to this, they have a great selection of soft drinks to choose from too. I do think they're a little overpriced for what they serve (of course, I'm originally from California and have a bad habit of comparing every burger joint to In-N-Out or the Habit Grill), but they're food is yummy and I always leave feeling full. read more

Ate here for lunch with my husband and kids. The place was packed, but service was fast and accurate. Very fun and lively atmosphere. Friendly and professional staff. They even had the cool Coca Cola drink machines with all the options (I forget what they are called). I had the bacon cheeseburger with several toppings and received it in about 4 minutes exactly as I ordered it. Very tasty burger, much better than typical fast food. The manager even came around to the tables to see how everyone was doing. Wishing we had a Five Guys where I live. read more

Driving around and decided to stop in for a quick lunch. Based on all of the signage I was really expecting something extraordinary. Unfortunately, it was not. I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger ($7) and a regular drink. My husband ordered a regular hamburger ($9), small fries and regular drink. Was a little surprised when the bill came to almost $28. The cheese was almost non-existent on my hamburger and the patty was smaller than the bun, very thin and very dry. Not juicy as stated on the sign behind the counter and I am not sure ketchup and mustard would have helped. The only thing that saved it was the bacon. Not a place that I would write home about nor make an effort to visit again. read more

I love this place. It is hard for me not to stop here to eat every time I am in town. Great burgers and fries for a reasonable price.

It was easy to get exactly what I wanted. The service was great, and the food was fresh.

Great, REALLY LARGE burgers and usually enough hot and tasty fries to feed three or four people. A couple of the servers got me to mix the malted vinegar with my catchup and it was surprisingly good! read more

Best burgers around, a little pricey but better than any other fast food around. But you should make sure you want it since it doesn't have a drive thru and the lines are a bit long. But on a good day there will be virtually no lines read more

Really need to fire this crew (5pm 12/28/15) and start over-walked in-only customers in store-were totally ignored by 5 employees who were playing or staring thru us or talking on phone. Finally ordered. Got stale, cold fries, sad burgers and the drink machines were out of all flavors of Coke, Sprite, Root Beer, and all Cherry Vanilla flavored drinks. Then found that the 2 giant ketchup dispensers were empty. Asked mgr for ketchup-she acted like I was an idiot and couldn't see the dispensers. No, you're the idiot, it's the beginning of dinner rush and you don't have the store prepared. Then we sat to eat and a girl began pushing trash cans thru the dining area. To top it off I went to restroom and it was repulsive. This place has lost its luster. Not worth it anymore. Owner needs to clean house or lose business, esp with a new burger place coming to town. Even my teen son said 'no more', it was that bad. read more
