Today the manager, I'm assuming from her collared shirt, stepped in to assist with our order that took 10 minutes to place. The order was called back correctly but wasn't rang up correctly. Only to realize our food being prepared one plate at a time between customers than ordered behind is because "the system went down and we don't have your ticket".
