I ordered Nacho Bell grande and 2 taco supremes. The Nacho supreme had chips, a very small amount of meat and an even smaller amount of cheese sauce. No beans no tomatoes. The Taco Supremes had the same thing. A little meat a little cheese and a half a half a teaspoon of sour cream. Where was the tomatoes and lettuce ? Why would you not make the order correct. They weren't out of these items because my husband got a chalupa and he had lettece and tomatoes. Save your money and go some less. No care taken in preparation the $20 order. read more

I usually get the nuggets. Literally the only thing I get from here for my son. This is what I got today. I pulled up to the window to pay. She took my money asked me could I pull all the way up then back up to the window. When I asked why, she had an attitude. She then says "just do it." I said ok. The other girl acted like they were trying to look at my car since its a Mach E. I said ok. I did. Then the other girl came up and said they had a "ghost car". Whatever that meant. They needed to reset the clock. I asked for fire ranch and they gave me bell sauce. When I asked she was like, "oh we out." when I got home my poor kid was forced to throw all this crap in the trash. None of it was edible. They were either hard little burnt pieces of flour or burnt tiny bits of chicken. I'm so disappointed. I wish you could give a zero for both service and food. We stopped in to grab a quick bite. It had been years and now I remember why. The boy at the register acted as if he didn't want to take our order. He made no eye contact, wouldn't speak up and when he did he still didn't make eye contact. He took our order but kept twirling some kind of lanyard around his neck. We ordered a Cantina bowl caliente and a few tacos. When our name was called to pick up the order the bowl contents were cold, not cool, cold and so were the tacos. I was asked how our meal was and I told her. She even asked if she could do anything for us and I explained about the food temperature. I wouldn't let her make me another bowl because I ate a cold bowl (as much as I could stomach) and was full. Now at 2:15am I'm up sick and afraid it is 100% due to the poor preparation and handling of the food. We have given this Taco Bell numerous tries over the years so this is partially my fault. Apart from their remodeling nothing has changed for the better at this location. The service is more lazy and horrible than ever. Apparently the food isn't kept at a safe temperature to be served safely and now I'm paying for it yet again with what feels like food poisoning. It's frustrating. read more

Someone needs to get rid of the woman taking orders. She says she is the supervisor, but she is insulting and does not know how to interact with customers. She does not answer questions about the order and ignores you. My wife and I went by there today, and she was unnecessarily rude. When we arrived home, my wife was missing part of the shell on her Mexican pizza, and it looked like it had been tossed like a Frisbee. I had a hard-shell taco that was completely out of the wrapper, and the ingredients of the taco were at the bottom of the bag. I went by last week, and the very same lady took my order of a chicken cantina bowl and two chicken chalupas. When the order appeared on the screen only as a cantina bowl, I asked her about it to make sure the order was correct. She then sarcastically says, "Can you read?" and I tell her it does not say chicken bowl on the screen. She dismissed me by repeating, "Is that all?" over and over again. You can get a veggie bowl or a chicken bowl. How do I know that she has the correct one? If she is treating customers like that, then I can only imagine how the people working under her are being treated. If you want better ratings and happier customers, start with her. read more

We got Taco Bell last night for a very specific reason which has nothing to do with the taste of the food and only the after effects, and we got more than we bargained for. Got carry out from this location and ordered via the app because we tend to do a fair bit of customizing and like to eliminate a failure point in the communication chain when we can (i.e. order takers regularly screw our orders up). Was waved on to the second window by a guy sitting on a bucket a ways back from the window. Got to the second window and was asked to pull around so I did and my food came out about 2 seconds later. I then drove home less than 15 minutes away. My order was correct other than the number and flavors of hot sauce packets was incorrect but I can let this slide. Every item we ordered, with the exception of the Truff Nacho Fries, was something we regularly eat from Taco Bell and the taste of the items were all adequate. Shortly after eating the usual after effects kick in for my wife (it rarely affects me the same way). A few hours later we go to bed. A few hours after I fall asleep, I am jarred awake by some very unpleasant feelings in my digestive tract. I go to the bathroom and have a seat. The feelings get worse after a few minutes so I grab the trash can. I fill both. The taste of bile, stomach acid, and truffle infused hot sauce is one that I truly hope no one ever has to experience. I am uncertain if it was the Truff or if the staff at that restaurant need a food safety course. I suspect the later because hot sauce rarely bothers me (I eat ghost chilies for fun occasionally and this stuff wasn't hot at all by comparison) and truffle has never caused me to geyser from both ends in all the times I have had it. Dear owner/management of the Petal Taco Bell franchise, I hope you either learn from this review, or else you get a horrendous case of food poisoning as karma for what your lack of attention and proper management of your business has caused in me. Had to laugh when I got home with my chicken chalupas. In both of them they had only two little bitty pieces of chicken. No way that the person who made them looked at them and said yep, nailed it! The one star is not just for this experience. It's a combination of them all. It's the only one close by and I go about once a month. Don't even want to give this one star. The workers had no respect for us at all. It took forever to get our order and they were all wrong too. I'm allergic to beans so I removed them and when I opened my burrito there were beans. That's not all though, I got potato's with my order and of course I need a fork to eat them. My box came with no fork, so I went to ask for one. First of all it took 3 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, then when I asked she said we don't have any forks, but I could literally see the forks. So I went back up to two her that and she said sorry these are for other customers. Like what? Other customers are more important than me? terrible customer service all around. several of us ordered boxes which contained potatoes and we needed a fork to eat them, but they would not give us a fork. they said they were saving them for other customers even though they had a ton of them right in our sight. it took nearly an hour to get our food and there were only 2 other people in the store. overall a terrible experience and i would not recommend going to this taco bell. read more
