The service was quick, friendly, and kept everything moving smoothly, which was appreciated after a day of exploring. My only minor critique--and this is purely personal preference--would be that I would have preferred the shrimp tails removed. It certainly didn't take away from the meal, though. In fact, it led to one of the funniest moments of the trip when I squeezed a tail to remove it and accidentally launched it across the table toward one of my buddies. Thankfully, my aim was terrible, but the table got a good laugh out of it. Great food, generous portions, fast service, and a fun atmosphere. I was made to feel like I was trying to get over on them or asking for a handout, which was never the case. I paid for my food and only asked a simple question. What hurt me the most was the way I was talked to. I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and honestly wondering if I was treated that way because of my race. I can't say that was the reason, but that's how the interaction made me feel. Customer service is about treating people with respect, especially when they're supporting your business.
