If you love a good burger, Five Guys will not disappoint you. Unlike most guests, I forgo the buns and the fries and opt for the protein style burger where the perfectly seasoned patties are wrapped in lettuce. I feel I am able to savor every bite this way while cutting the carbs, even if just a little bit. Even though the service is quick, the restaurant is welcoming with its bright red decor and comfortable seating. Until next time...

WOW! They cater to people who eat keto or full carnivore. I really didn't know that you can order your burger without buns here at Five Guys, and the burger tasted awesome!

Real fresh beef No fillers No preservatives On the expensive side of things but it is real beef and fresh ingredients You fill your own drink I see people refilling so we bought a small and refilled it We decided to dine in so when we opened up our hamburgers my nephew was missing his bacon and I was missing my tomatoes We went to the front counter and the young lady was willing to make up brand new hamburgers but for me that wasn't necessary all I needed with my tomatoes and all he needed was his bacon so she brought one tray with bacon in it and one tray with tomatoes and I was fine with that I do suggest that since we are post Covid and a lot of places are shortstaffed I always recommend people to check everything that they have before they leave Most businesses have no problem correcting the order if you just let them know nicely The hamburger definitely tasted good you could tell that it's real beef and the french fries were good as well you can tell that it's fresh potato and not frozen french fries

Place is clean and the staff is personable. Moving quickly. Ordered my favorite peanut butter, chocolate and banana milkshake with a small fry. Covid protections in place. All staff wearing mask and gloves. Food rolled out quickly but I didn't order much.

Nope. Apparently 2xs is not a charm. Just left this place and again, my order was wrong. I didn't feel like waiting for them to make it again so my family and I just took the order they gave us and left. There's never a manager in the front (actually managing) anymore. And whoever the line lead is needs to be fired. I ordered a little bacon cheese burger (all the way), a bacon cheeseburger (all the way), and a bacon cheeseburger no bun (all the way). I watched two two different employees check my order and they STILL got it wrong. I checked the order before we left, no lettuce no tomatoes. Only grilled onions grilled mushrooms bacon cheese and maybe condiments. Our order was over $30! What's the purpose of coming here if this is the type of service we get? This location used to be great and now?? Last time we were here the same order as today they got wrong. It was missing bacon. The attitudes and tension was outrageous. The manager came from the back and asked why I had been waiting so long. He told them to make it again and with fresh fries. I'm just disappointed. I hold places like this to higher standards than Rally's and BK. The quality and the service should be way better. I hope the GM reads this. I really just want you guys to address this.

My favorite place to get hot dogs! My boyfriend is obsessed with the burgers and the fries! So with everything COVID going on and with it being burger day yesterday we decided to get Five Guys for dinner. My food was phenomenal! Everything on point. My boyfriend had asked for cheese on his burger, he didn't get any :(. He was also saying that the drive up/take out with COVID is very confusing. He sat there for about 20 min when all along our order was ready! I think you guys need to make the protocol and the waiting spots just a tad bit more clear! Other than that... so delicious! I enjoyed my hot dog and fries! We will def be back!

The establishment was clean and the staff was friendly. Food was extremely greasy & the prices seem to have gone up from the last time I was there. Could use a few more tables in there. But overall the food and service was good.

We visited this location on Sunday, 1/14/18 and had a great experience. The manager on duty or supervisor, not sure of his title, was cleaning, organizing, checking on customers, making sure his employees were on task.....super friendly guy and very attentive to everything going on. The burgers were delicious. It's nice to have freedom of toppings with no extra charge. The meat was juicy and it tasted like meat! The fries were crisp and there were a ton of them. Everything was hot and cooked to order. The cherry milkshake.....oh my! Get it. We can't wait to go back!

Let me start off with a few positives. I LOVE the fact that 5 Guys is giving the Westbank a shot- none of these burger places ever open a restaurant in my neck of the woods. Ordering online is super convenient; I was able to order and pay on the site and pick it up at the store with no problem. They let you put a ton of stuff on your burger and the staff is working fast to get everyone's orders out in a timely manner. I ordered the cheeseburger and I topped it with a ton of stuff: lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, grilled onions, mustard and ketchup. The cheeseburger is a double patty and they are extremely generous with the toppings (there were two thick slices of tomato on my burger and I was pretty pleased). Burgers are cooked well done and are substantial- I ate half of mine and I was full. The taste was okay- better than a place like Burger King, but don't compare it to a place like Company Burger. I also got an order of "little" cajun fries, which was a super generous portion, and more than I could get through. I did, however, have a few complaints: the fries were SUPER spicy. I like spicy food, but the spice was overwhelming to the point that I couldn't even taste the fry itself. Also, the fries were a bit soggy. I'm not sure if this is because I got a "to go" order and they sat in the bag on the drive home, but they were a little softer than I like. I'm giving three stars with some room for improvement. The food is a little pricier than your average fast food place, but I think it's worth the money considering what you get. When I go back I will probably get the "little" cheeseburger and the un-spiced fries just to compare. Allergy note: peanuts are served in bulk and are everywhere, and fries are fried in peanut oil.
