I don't usually like to rate chains but we really were craving burgers and fries tonight. After we made a stop to grab some drinks, we ordered from here to pick up on the way home since we had the baby with us. When I went in to grab the order, they said they were making fresh fries for our order and only took a couple minutes. They LOADED the bags with fries. The burgers were delicious and the fries were super hot. No one goes to Five Guys for the presentation. They go for the tasty food and tons of it. Overall, it's a great spot for a good quality burger and the fries are some of the best you can get from a fast food chain.

This food is average at best, over priced and salty as EVER. I would likely not eat here again. If I'm going to pay this much I'd rather get a burger from a better place up the road like Grover's. I came here as my husband wanted a burger and was interested in trying this place. After looking at the calories (which they kindly displayed on the menu) I lost my appetite!! Definitely makes you think about what you're eating. We decided to split a burger, fries and milkshake. The milkshake was the best part of the meal. They let you mix lots of things together which is cool.We opted for the Oreo shake-yum! The burger was nothing special to me. It was average but good- nothing to rave about. The fries were soooooo salty I could barely eat them. I drenched them in ketchup to try and make it better. Overall this place is average 3/5. If you're in a pinch and want something quick and don't care about the price then this is your place.

Starting w peanuts, then fries...burger last.

Just average. Fries are always on the soggy side. Burgers would be better if the roll was toasted. Rolls too always end up soggy. With all that said, this place is convenient and the burgers taste good.

Considering how expensive my burger was, I expected it to be a little bit less sh*tty

It doesn't really matter to me whether Five Guys or 10 guys or 125 guys make these Burgers, they are still below-par and below-average even as far as fast food Burgers go. I don't find anything special about the french fries either, despite everyone raving about them - and now having eaten at probably a dozen or more Five Guys locations in my life, I can say that they are consistently nothing I would ever want to eat. And yet a large portion of my male friends and a few females still insist that the best burger around is to be found here. The food is probably worth 2 stars but considering the fact that their prices are way higher than McDonald's which honestly tastes less worse... you do the Mathematical calculations.

"Five Guys beats In-and-Out as most popular burger chain" - top trending story a few days ago. Yay, high 5 guys! This is still my fam's favorite burger joint, and I wish I can slap em with 5 stars but recent visits held me back. On the most recent trip here we ordered two little bacon cheeseburgers with pretty much the same toppings: ketchup, lettuce, grilled mushrooms, green peppers, BBQ sauce on one of them, and tomatoes also just on one. We also ordered regular fries. Note: if you can't decide between regular or Cajun they can split the order 50/50 when you order a regular or large size. We were the only group in there so it was clean, and quiet with light music playing in the background. It didn't take too long for our order to be ready, and the kids sipped on their milkshake while we waited. And btw I think this is the only 5G in the area that serves milkshakes. They were nice enough to split one shake into two cups for me cuz' little peeps + a whole milkshake = sugar rush...definitely didn't need my kids bouncing off the walls so that was really nice of them! Now for the burger. I really wish they have a kid size version because even the "little" is not small enough for little people. Hence, I've to share mine with my little guy and he seemed to enjoy the cheesy beef patty, toppings and bacon. I though it tasted blend even with the ketchup and toppings (didn't add other sauce cuz my kid hates condiments other than ketchup as of date). And speaking of toppings, the mushrooms seems to be undercooked by a few minutes. It definitely was not grilled as it didn't have that nice brown tint. This seems to be the frequent problem I have and I'd love to omit it but my kids love the 'srooms! Also, the tomato slices had a mushiness to it so I had to yank those off the burger. So again, this was not a 5-star burger for me. The fries were fresh and burn-your-finger-hot. As usual they overfill the cup and my spud heads love it! Staff was great, place was clean, fries were awesome but the star of the show was a disappointment. I really hope we've a better burger experience next time so I can truly high 5 to these guys!!

No peanuts!!!!!! Ordered burger came out late and incorrect. Bun was stale no green peppers and was incorrectly given tomatoes. Five kids behind the counter had trouble keeping up with the few customers. The posted reviews in the restaurant were from 2005 and up. Now please don't blame the no peanuts on covid or the increase in minimum wage. We have had better burgers here before !

Awesome burgers as always, fast and extra friendly service, the music was so great a bunch of old rock tunes and we were almost dancing in our seats. Best 5 guys I've tried in WNY so far I think.

While FG is relatively new to Buffalo, I started to enjoy it over 20 years ago in Northern Virginia, when there were only a few locations. The experience hasn't changed much over all that time, save the prices.Still wrapped in foil, extra fries dumped into the bag, still the awkward wait with other famished diners, anxiously watching that smiling guy with a lower number as he's handed his grease-stained brown sack. Still the same quality burgers and fries, and the satisfied feeling on the way out the door. The only menu addition in decades was the milkshake. Everything else is still exactly the same. Quick tip...Save a couple dollars, skip the soft drink, ask for a water cup. It's worked for me for longer than I can remember.

No fillers or preservatives. Not sure what teams fat is but none of that either.

This is the worst five guys restaurant. Service was very bad and the wait time for unacceptably long.

I ate half of it before even opening the sauces! Same to be said for the Chicken, it was tender, with the perfect little hint of smoke, legit delicious! I highly recommend this spot when visiting the area... I will definitely be back my next time through.
