Paul is very professional, friendly, fast and did an amazing job. The pricing is also very competitive. Highly recommended! read more

This "gentleman" Paul had an issue with equipment he indicated needed to be fixed. When asked about rescheduling, he essentially said he won't because he already has other clients he needs to work in and to just take my business elsewhere. I indicated I already paid and wanted to provide him the service and he said it wouldn't happen and hung up on me! Completely rude. I understand issues arise, but you do what you can to correct it or reschedule. This man was so rude. Would not refer him to anyone. Times are hard. But you handle yourself better than that. read more

Horrible experience. Bought a Groupon coupon that was supposed to cover three rooms plus a hallway. The Groupon coupon stated that as long as I was 25 miles within his area there would be no extra charges. He charged me a $10 driving fee. $45 to do my staircase. And $16 to pre-spot each place he clean. Called me the morning of the appointment to complain about how much traffic he had to drive through to get to my home. Showed up at 9:06am, reeking of tobacco smell. He had to fill his steam machine with water he pre-spotted the carpets. And all of his equipment was packed up and he was ready to drive away at 9:55am He was here for less than one hour. He complained that he had to drive so far off the freeway complained that my carpets were dirty. read more

Paul was an incredibly friendly, professional and willing to accommodate my busy schedule. He was at my house within an hour and greeted me with a friendly smile. His pricing is very reasonable and provided excellent service. Set up was prompt, he pre-treated the stains and overall area. He was thorough and did the absolute great job. He also touched up my hall way as a courtesy. You won't be disappointed with the quality of service he provides. read more

5 stars for 5 diamonds. Paul was awesome! HE IS STILL WORKING and taking proper COVID precautions while doing so! Call him first before purchasing any groupons or deals. He called to let me know he was on his way. He gave me a GREAT deal for all my rooms, including closets. My carpets are "fluffy" again! Super happy with his work and my carpets. read more

I bought this service from Groupon for $79.00 special, for five rooms including a hallway. Not bad right. I called the company, and spoke with Paul. I guess he is owns the company. I told him I had the Groupon and what I needed cleaned. I also told him i have stairs and he said that would be additional $45.00 and the spot treatment would be $15.00. I ask if he had a Saturday appointment and this is when it went SOUTH!! Paul said the same exact thing as Justin B. on 4/8/2019 "When I called to make an appointment, I was advised of a few key details that were not disclosed in the listing. Namely, Paul only accepts Groupon appointments on Fridays (no big deal), he was completely booked for the next five weeks (eh, not ideal but I can work with that), and that he would not accept any further Groupon appointments, because he was booked out for five weeks." He told me he had that gets his service every week. First of all why would a customer call you to come clean their carpets every week? I can only do Saturdays, so I ask why didn't he state that in his groupon. He said he has been asking Groupon to change it for a year now and they still haven't changed it. (okayyyy) I told him I was going to get a refund and write a review stating, " if your looking for a Saturday clean, it won't be this guy!" He was like yeah will this is my company i can set my policy up anyway I want. I was like, you sure can. "this is a bait and switch". He gets you to call in, and then tells you he has nothing on Saturdays, and he is book for the next 5 weeks. Well the Groupon is only good for 120 days. But he has one available tomorrow because someone cancelled. Nope it ok. REFUND!! read more

Quite possibly the worst experience with carpet cleaning ever. All Paul, the Owner/Operator did the entire time was complain about how he doesn't make any money on Groupon deals. Then he likes to up-charge the pre-treatment or as he told my girlfriend, its required and if the person says they don't want pre-treatment over the phone he says he's too busy to schedule an appointment. When my girlfriend asked about a few spots that didn't come out even with an extra $45 pre-treatment he said if you want 5 star service you have to pay for 5 star service. Needless to say, after all that as he was telling my girlfriend it's customary to tip even though the Indians and Asians never do.... this White family won't be tipping this horrible business owner either. Save your money and use one of the other companies on Groupon. This one is far from 5 Diamond... I think they owe their customers some diamonds back! read more

Full disclosure: this review does not reflect the actual quality of whatever work Paul may perform; rather, it reflects the interaction that I had with him when I called to schedule an appointment, through a Groupon that he ran. The Groupon itself was for a "deep steam carpet cleaning for three rooms and one hallway plus deodorize." Fine print read: "Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase . . . appointment required, same day appointments accepted. Valid only within 25 miles of zip code 91710. Limit 1 per person," plus some additional information concerning cancellations and re-purchasing rules. When I called to make an appointment, I was advised of a few key details that were not disclosed in the listing. Namely, Paul only accepts Groupon appointments on Fridays (no big deal), he was completely booked for the next five weeks (eh, not ideal but I can work with that), and that he would not accept any further Groupon appointments, because he was booked out for five weeks (ehhh... say what?). I asked, no fewer than four times, why I could not ask for a booking six weeks out (he refused to provide any answer other than he was booked five weeks out), and when his next Groupon Friday would open up for booking. All he would tell me was that I should call back on Thursday, because someone might cancel for the coming Friday. Because prospective customers don't work, so rearranging schedules there can't possibly be an issue. As mentioned, I have no idea how his work is; I imagine that it's quite good, given other reviews. But the fact remains that the man was just plain rude. Hell, let's be honest; he was a prick about it, refusing to answer even the simple question of when I should call to book an appointment five weeks out. I know that Groupon sucks for merchants, but if you're going to be a dick to people who buy them, why bother? I'll certainly never use his services now, and won't be sending any business his way. read more

I bought a Voucher from one of the shopping sites for carpet cleaning from Five Diamond and was a little skeptical. When I called to schedule the appointment, Paul was accommodating to my schedule and on the day of the appointment, was on time and ready to go. I was thinking it was going to be a two to three hour process, but he was done in an hour and a half, even with me talking to him. The carpets were well cleaned and he did not leave a mess. Five Diamond will be my go to carpet cleaner as long as I own this house, and I will be passing his information to friends. read more

I originally booked an appointment with another company and they would not give me a straightforward price even though I provided the square footage of the area that needed to be cleaned. They had me make an appointment for one of their "techs" to come out and provide an estimate. Then if I wanted them to do the job they could complete it that same day. They were supposed to arrive between 8 AM and 12 PM and when they weren't here by noon I called them and canceled. Who wants to wait around all day for someone to "maybe" show up on time. Thanks but no thanks. Paul was great from the moment we first spoke on the phone. The price was given up front and he made an appointment for a specific date and time rather than a window of 4 hours. He arrived early and finished the job quickly. He was super nice and friendly and he even included scotchguard for free as a housewarming present since we just purchased the home. His services are very affordable compared to other companies and he provided the same excellent results you would expect from a larger franchise. I would definitely recommend this company to others and I will personally use his services in the future. Thanks Paul! read more

Very pleased with the service. My 12 year old beige carpet looks good. We have 2 small kids and Mike was able to get out 80% of the stains. You get what you pay for. I purchased a groupon and opted to pay extra for pretreatment and scotch guard. Mike returned calls promptly, called to confirm appointment, arrived ontime, was friendly and professional. read more

I can't give 0 stars! The beginning... Paul the owner began with suggesting upcharges when I booked his service. in a 2 minute phone call he suggested spot cleaning, and scotch guard for an additional fee. When Paul arrived, he then began complaining about the distance to our home as well as the fact that we live in the hills. From the moment he walked in, he stated that our rooms were over sized and would require an additional fee. 3 of the 5 rooms to be cleaned were no traffic areas (our guest bed room, our pool room, and our formal dining room.) Our master and one of our children's bedrooms were still not heavily soiled but needed cleaning. Our home is 3,400 sq ft, but most of the home is tiled. I just wanted to get a good cleaning because I'm a germaphobe medical professional and like everything CLEAN. We purchased a groupon for steam cleaning of 5 rooms and a hall way (we don't even have a carpeted hall way so we wouldn't have needed that portion of the deal). Paul seemed to be very unhappy about this and stated that he doesn't make much money off the groupon and rambled about distance, extra fees etc. He demanded that I pay an additional $25 for the service or he wouldn't do the work. Let me tell you, I would gladly have paid an additional fee if he had been professional, completed the work as agreed upon, and not been so rude. $25 is so nominal that I would have tipped him that for good service. Paul was just such a putz that frankly, I didn't want to give him an extra dime. Watch out for this carpet cleaning guy (it's not a real company, he drove up In a pick up with no company logo etc.). Be prepared for the up sell, do not expect professionalism, and by the way, he reeks of cigarette smoke. The end... Groupon refunded my money and I'll pay more for our regular carpet cleaning service just for the professionalism.. I guess you get what you pay for. Ohh yes, you were right Paul, I did leave you a review. Completely factual. I hope that you will make an effort to prove me wrong and do better work for whatever family tries to contract your services. Groupon has been notified. read more

This guy gave my mother in law the toughest time about getting an actual receipt for the cleaning of our carpets. She simply asked for a receipt with his company name instead of hand written because we were moving from our previous home. He started getting aggressive with her threatening to not give her anything. What kind of man does that to an elderly woman? The cleaning looked decent but was soaking wet. This company is the worst. Paul has horrible customer service and promises what he does not deliver. Cleaned our stairs and left them dirty. If i could give Paul zero stars i would! I belive all these 5 stars are his own family or ppl paid off to make him look good. He Quoted me on the phone a decent price then when he came over said it would be way more but assured me i was still getting "a deal" he kept asking personal questions like how much my rent is, my home fees etc. I understand ppl are friendly but right away this was a red flag. Along with him coming in a beat up family van with no company info on it or anything. He promised he would go over my carpet twice since i have kids and my stairs where high traffic areas. Well after his jibber jabber he says i need to get started cause i will be here for a while. Now i have had my carpet cleaned and the guy was very thorough and took 2 hours....Paul took a whole hour and 5 min for stairs, loft and 4 rooms!! It looked exactly the same and he didnt even try and get out my stains. Even light stains where still visible!! Never ever will i use or recommend him to anyone. Please do not try him, he will be nice at first and then complain on doing the job. When he saw a stain on my carpet he said "my wife is Hispanic so i understand the family that may come over and the stains that might happen" WTF does that have to do with anything?!?! DO NOT USE HIS BUISSNESS read more

I WISH THERE WERE A ZERO STAR RATING! Paul advertises on groupon and I took advantage of the deal and bought two for his carpet cleaning services. They were gifts for my mother's birthday and grandmother. I called and Paul confirmed for Nov 24 at 730AM(a week in advance), but then called back and rescheduled to 2-3PM the same day. So I have my mother block out her schedule to be home this day and he does not even show and doesn't call! I call him at 5PM and he is EXTREMELY UNAPOLOGETIC AND RUDE! Saying he double booked himself and he is 2 hrs away and will be there in two hours. Of course we waited for him and he does not show up, does not return my calls and text.
