Today I walked into Uniqlo to return a $30 skirt I bought from online using Paypal. First cashier I…read moreapproached told me (before he even looked at my receipt) that they changed the policy to store credit, not direct refunds, for people who were returning items they bought via Paypal. Returns cost $7 if I were to ship the item back to Uniqlo but he suggested that if I wanted to be refunded back on my card. I walked away a bit stunned.. I paced back and forth in the store before finally getting in line again. I wasn't about to argue the policy but decided against shipping back my item since it would take $7. The second cashier I approached was kind enough to inform me that the policy had changed within a few days of the last time I purchased the item, so she was willing to be flexible to refund me back on my card. She told me this AFTER she looked at my receipt. She told me from this day forward, I should know that Uniqlo changed their policy with regards to gift card, apple pay and Paypal. ^ and THAT is what I call quality customer service. Tl;dr: I've been buying a lot from Uniqlo. I even wore a skirt and jacket from Uniqlo as I was returning that purchase, but I wanted a refund instead of store credit. And the second cashier's interaction with me has left me with a lasting positive impression that I have of Uniqlo! Thank you. :)

The owner and staff were extremely helpful and professional. The repair was made on the bracelet by adding extra gold essentially making it a bangle I could take on and off, they even replicated that pattern the bracelet had with the gold they added on so you couldn't tell what was new gold and what was he original bracelet. One final mention on how sketchy this store is, they had "Dior" and "Louis Vuitton" purses and duffles marked below $1000 but as someone in the fashion industry, they are at least $1500. 100% a fake business and fake products.
