During my family reunion I had time to explore the stores nearby. This Home Goods is huge compared…read moreto the one in the city. They had loads of furniture displays. Lots of Halloween merchandise that was so cute. Any item you want had several styles to choose from. Shelves were neat and stocked up or in the process of being stocked. I saw one girl shelving lamp shades. With so much to choose from it would almost be worth it to rent a vehicle then come here and load up on home decor!! If you're furnishing your first apartment or going off to college I'm sure you can find whatever you need at this Home Goods Store.

I like home goods because they have a lot of home furnishing and products. But.. this Homegoods in…read moreparticular never seems to have the paper rulers. I'm not sure why? Maybe Homegoods stopped providing them .. or maybe someone isn't doing their job in the back. Anyways.. for my 2 star review it's regarding the customer service I received today at 9:40am in the morning. Store opens at 9:30, my two toddlers and I were browsing, when one had gotten a runny nose. I quickly ran to the front registers to ask for a tissue or paper towel. The woman by the name of Cathie responded very abruptly with we don't have any. So I simply asked well do you have a bathroom I can get some toilet paper. She said no! You can go to target for that or you can grab one of our napkins. Referring to the paper napkins in the checkout aisle for 2.99. Wait wait wait.. you're telling me, that the staff at Homegoods do not have a bathroom or break room that they use and I cannot just slip in to grab my 1.5yr old something to clean up her nose. What a shame. .. I swear maybe Cathie was having a rough morning but I would have NEVER spoken to a customer like that. How dare you tell me to go to target .. welp! That's not a problem .. target offers me the same products but way better customer service. The end.

It was amazing to see so much of the community welcome the stores opening with such excitement because it was packed in there! First things first, their bright blue signage on the exterior is bold and well lit, driving plenty of attention from the road. Upon entering, the staff members were extremely welcoming, helpful, and kind. Even under what I'm sure was plenty of stress with a busy opening day, and full store of customers, they remained very cheerful and friendly, which doesn't go unnoticed. On to the store itself: it was very clean inside, bright lighting, well organized with cohesive branding and signs throughout the store marking the different sections. The selection was similar to other Ross' I've been to with a range of brands, nothing surprised me there. Some high-demand brands I observed include: Kate Spade, MAC, Nike, Converse, Sanrio/Hello Kitty, NARS, Philosophy, Squishmallows, Puma, Vans, and more. You can expect a variety of categories from clothing and shoes for children, women, men; home goods and decor for bedroom, kitchen, bath, outdoor; fashion accessories like handbags; beauty and skin care essentials from lotion to perfumes and makeup; jewelry and watches; pantry items, and snacks; and even stationary essentials like pens, markers, gift bags, and more. I wasn't expecting to see the car accessories that were offered, tons of steering wheel covers seat, cushions, car lights, as well as home-improvement items like paintbrushes, hooks, and more - but great to know they're there. I was glad to see 7 checkout stations, however only a few were staffed at the time we went. The long line moved swiftly with fun impulse buys located throughout the way. Although I left empty-handed, my family members did not! I was glad to get a look at the new space and understand the offerings available and look forward to seeing how they continue to maximize the foot traffic at this core retail location. See you again soon!
