That store Is great but the employees sit on boxes and talk and on their phones. They aren't very helpful either.

Overdue for an update…read more Quality/Quantity - Overall, a good value, especially with brand names. Atmosphere - Consistent, take that for what it is worth. With the new manager, I have seen an improvement, thank you. Service - The good news is that I am VERY self sufficient. I only needed help if things were locked up. Price - Good, low price leader. I never check. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1969, as the world's largest company by revenue (2022), $648+ billion sales (2024); 50+ stores in Nevada and 309+ stores in California (2022). 1962 Walmart Discount City. 1969 Walmart Inc. 1970 Walmart Stores Inc.

We headed over to Walmart and followed the instructions to go to the bakery. We got there and stood there for a while until we could wave the ladies at the deli. She was sweet, but not sure whybit looks so long to get help or even find any support. Overall the Walmart is pretty clean Inside. There are pallets everywhere. The cashier was nice and so are the other workers, but overall odd experience ordering something. Also its hard to find things sometimes. I feel like im wandering the aisles. Either way we go here from time to time and this was the first experience ordering cupcakes for kiddos.

When we arrived, there seemed to be a lot of cars in the lot but when we entered the store, there was only a handful of customers. The store was pretty organized and their inventory looked like it was higher quality than your standard Walmart or Target, albeit their selection was limited. We did find some good bargains but most of the inventory was a bot pricey; customer service was adequate, our cashier, Daniella (if I remembered her name tag correctly) was polite and professional, and our brief interaction was overall pleasant.

There may have been other factors, but this location, in particular, has little product and was quite chaotic. Here on a recent Reno visit, the shelves were finally starting to look full again and the floor people were working hard to create a new, more inviting atmosphere. Mostly on a price discovery mission, we did manage a few gift purchases at very reasonable prices. We even took advantage of some great sales. Two of my nephews are making the transition to coffee pods. They received a lovely Hamilton Beach dual brewer. For Christmas, my cousin will be getting the biggest crock pot I have ever seen. All from this Kohls location. The store is very clean and easy to find most every item. The bathrooms are also clean, but were hard to locate on my own. Initially, it was difficult to find this place, tucked away off the main drag. But, once we found it, that became a moot point. Mrs. E. gets a might nervous when we pull out on to Damonte or exiting by the Roadhouse. If you do visit, be careful when leaving. After today's visit we earned serious Kohl's cash. Forty bucks, I think. One advantage is those dollars can be redeemed at their other locations. 10/24

She buys her lotions here and according to her, this place makes great gifts; think stocking stuffers, but year round. She got a bunch of lotions. Atmosphere - A well kept, clean, organized, and fully stocked business. Fairly consistent to all the ones I visit. I also think it is cool that they have a men's section, even though I have never bought anything from here. I also like the sinks to wash up after trying all your products, etc. See pictures. Makes total sense that many of your locations are next to a Victoria's Secret as your parent company owns both brands. Plenty of mall parking. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm; and on Sundays from 11am to 6pm. Service - Good. Price - Expensive, but that is the cost for service and a speciality store. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1963 and making it half way on the Fortune 500 list (248). I did not know you also own Victoria's Secret and Pink.

Other stores are a complete madhouse when candle day rolls around, but somehow this location managed to make it a pleasant experience. The candles were all well-stocked, the employees were all very nice and knew where each candle scent was located, and the checkout line moved quickly. I've visited many Bath & Body Works during candle day sales, but I've never left feeling so impressed with a store's operations. Huge shout-out to the folks working for making it such a pleasant experience.

After talking with us about our exercise habits and checking our gaits on their walking machines, he told us to sit tight while he got us some walking shoes that he thought might work for us. He brought each of us 3 pairs of shoes to try on to see how they felt. While we were trying on each pair, he explained each of the shoes to us. While he was helping us, the store got busy and he was also helping other customers. Yet, he did it so effortlessly, everyone was well cared for. He helped each us find walking shoes, inserts, and socks based on our specific needs. His customer service skills are awesome. He is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and he listens to his customers needs so he can help them find the right shoes. The store has an abundance of shoes and running gear at competitive prices and the staff is outstanding.

The sales rep we had, is the reason for this review. Right after he sized my girlfriend's feet, he automatically started pushing the most expensive brand after we told him we wanted a specific brand. He even gave us a shoe in this more expensive brand and told my girlfriend "it's like walking on a 2x4 piece of wood." I've never heard of a sales tactic like that. Next, every box of shoe he brought out, which was more than 10, was dropped or slammed, out of frustration, we weren't sure. My girlfriend asked him nicely to not slam the boxes as it was overwhelming and she was fighting through a migraine, which she told him. His response was, "what's a migraine? I think I've heard of one before," and he was being completely serious. Lastly, as another sales tactic, he tried having us buy a shoe that they didn't have in stock but a "newer model" was coming mid July, but he said it would be at the store in a week from today "for sure." Then when we nicely said no we will wait since the newer model was something she didn't try on yet, he then said "oh well I can put your name down for it as a hold." When I asked him why he didn't start with that instead of trying to sell us a shoe my girlfriend didn't even try on, his response was, "oh I forgot the store lets us do that." I shouldn't leave out the two times he swore saying f*ck infront of us and casually swore when talking about his personal life to us. Surprised at this kind of service, and ultimately he is the reason we will not be spending our money there nor coming back.
