I subtracted a star because initially we couldn't find anyone to help us. It was a Friday afternoon a little after 3 & no sales associate to be found. We wondered both sides of the store and dressing room to find no one. Eventually as I was preparing to call the store on my cell phone the gentlemen who helped us appeared. The other thing was when I was explaining to him why the coat was being returned he asked if the coat had been burnt. Idk if he was joking or that was his dry sense of humor, however he redeemed himself as the conversation progressed. I work retail so I know people try to get over but this was clearly a case of defective merchandise.

The store itself is large - there are clearly divided areas for whatever you are looking for be it kitchenware or children's toys. That division comes at the cost of well...cleanliness. This place is a hot mess. Things are cluttered to say the least. Most items look like they have seen better days and there are a lot of damaged items. You may be able to get a damaged item for less but it can be different to persuade staff to let it happen. As for the staff and lines...well...I hope you don't have any plans when you go shopping here. There is usually only 1 cashier even during the rush and honestly, that cashier will just chit chat and ignore the line. No calls for help or anything. You would think you could at least stay entertained when you wait in line with the miscellanous items along the waiting line but nope. The shelves there are empty or have the leftovers from someone's cart.

They have a great selection of holiday decorations and party supplies. They even have a big frozen selection. I take a star off as some of the products are obviously not top rate quality. I have had a can opener break after a couple of uses. So I just make sure I check out any item like that before I buy. Most of the items are perfectly fine and I literally have spent hundreds of dollars at this store. My favorites are the LED light bulbs and items like cupcake holders that you wouldn't find anywhere else near this price. TIP: They take coupons which makes a lot of things free/almost free
