Then started sanitizing the counter! Still no good morning or acknowledgement. Got my money back and had some time to look around the store that they where rearranging where you couldn't even walk around without running into them!! Found a few items got to the check out where there where 3 registers open with two cashiers waiting on customers and one registers with no one working. The young girl at one of the registers finished waiting on her customer but decided not to acknowledge me and left her register to go put items back on shelves while I'm waiting to check out. Needless to say I was pissed at this point and left my shopping cart with my items so now she had more items to put away!!!! Have the employees greet your customers we pay for you to have jobs and to keep your company in business!!! I wouldn't be back. Better training is recommended. I was frightened, and I came back later to make my exchange. But the worst part was that no one did anything about this and let this woman continue to pace back-and-forth while shaving her imaginary hair. If you Do decide to shop here, bring your mase!

There was an entire endcap with the products in different colors, a sign stating sale price & most had the sale sticker on it. They actually took the sale sticker off my item & weren't going to sell it to me. I have never seen sales associates take such drastic measures, because someone messed up. I held my ground & got it for the advertised price, it was an uphill battle! What's a girl to do? If there is a sale sign & most items have the sale price, how could or would I possibly think it was a different price? Isn't there something about the customer always being right?
