I understand there is a drug problem in our community, in every community to be fair, but they scan your drivers license upon purchase so if I were in fact a junkie then just let the authorities do their job instead of denying me service simply because you assume I'm guilty. That's not the way America works. The pharmacist was very polite and soft spoken so don't misunderstand, this has just caused an inconvenience for me and I did nothing wrong to illicit these actions.

I contacted Southern Stairlifts about installing a lift in our home and it was a fantastic…read moreexperience throughout the entire process. The kind gentleman who worked with us, Richard (he goes by Dick), made the entire procedure painless. I received a call back to the message I'd left enquiring about a stairlift and he came out the very next day, answered all of my questions and gave me the estimate. I'd already researched pricing and the estimate was within what I expected so we wrote up the contract and he went ahead and ordered the lift and its parts. This was all during the week that held New Year's Eve and Day so I expected installation to possibly be delayed because of this, but he called me a day EARLIER than I'd expected to tell me everything was ready to go! On the day of the lift's setup, Dick and his installation partner, Dan, arrived right on time. It literally took less than 90 minutes for the stairlift to be installed and working. The stairlift is easy to operate, moves without any jerking or hesitation once it's engaged, and is allowing my mother to remain in the home she loves now that she has mobility issues. The communication from Dick and Southern Stairlifts is excellent. He had the answers to all of my questions both pre-and post-installation and I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

Today, 11/22/25, at the Turkey Creek location in Knoxville, Tennessee, I tried to exchange a tube…read moreof body cream that I bought as "extras" to keep as gifts. The cream has separated. It is oily with clumps of cream. It is the scent, "Forest" and I keep these on hand to use as last minute gifts. The associate told me it has been discontinued for too long to allow an exchange. I looked on the tube to see if there was an expiration date and could not find one. I have never ever had a problem exchanging anything at Bath and Body Works in the past. I am a teacher and get several gifts a year so occasionally I am gifted a scent that is not a favorite and I change it out. This cream is obviously a defective product. I have other "men scents" that I bought at the same time that have not separated. Just a little surprised and disappointed by this shift in their exchange policy.
