My pictures were printed and somebody recognized those pictures and picked them up. They did not have the correct name, phone number or even order #. Instead they told said they called the mother and they told them to pick them up. What if there were sensitive pictures in there? I called the store and they said as long as you recognize the pictures you can pick them up. So if you go to Walgreens just go to the photo department and pick whatever you want, it's ok they don't mind. Then just go to the pharmacy and pick whatever you want.... The store don't mind. There's no security in place take advantage of it the victims don't really matter. I believe that is identity fraud and the US Postal Service is probably a lot safer to get you photos and your prescriptions. USPS recognizes that as a crime and will prosecute the scum that opened my mail, Walgreens gave them a discount to fraudulently pick up my package. Protect your privacy and go anywhere else. My name was clearly on the package. Can I trust my medicine here and if so can anybody come in here and get my private information or yours. I am supposed to trust this place with my life but I can not trust them with my private online photo orders and the manager acted like this was no big deal. You'd think I'm sacrificing speed, you'd make up for it in quality, but that is not the case at Lafollette Walgreens Pharmacy. I waited on a prescription to be filled for 45 minutes today, no biggie I expected a wait. Waited out the time, went back through the drive-thru, and then was told it wasn't quite finished and could I pull into the second lane. So we pull around again and then are told that they cannot fill the prescription due to an issue with the insurance. Did not ask for an insurance card to update the insurance and didn't seem that interested in helping me anyways, just wasting time. It seems like it's been that way for years.
