The Duke intends to start frequenting this lovely shop more often. You can tell by looking around at the other customers that this place caters to those that enjoy the finer things in life. They simply exude style and class. With these prices, it's safe to say that Sapphire will be receiving a few extra items out of their beauty section in her stocking this year. #thedukeapproves

It is oily with clumps of cream. It is the scent, "Forest" and I keep these on hand to use as last minute gifts. The associate told me it has been discontinued for too long to allow an exchange. I looked on the tube to see if there was an expiration date and could not find one. I have never ever had a problem exchanging anything at Bath and Body Works in the past. I am a teacher and get several gifts a year so occasionally I am gifted a scent that is not a favorite and I change it out. This cream is obviously a defective product. I have other "men scents" that I bought at the same time that have not separated. Just a little surprised and disappointed by this shift in their exchange policy.
