Big Lots does not carry pack n plays but the sales staff were very sympathetic to my situation. They helped me brainstorm creative substitutions. In the end, they gave me a giant box that was similar in size. They rolled it out on a cart and helped me put it in my SUV. My niece slept wonderfully in her new, temporary 'crib'. The staff at this Big Lots was amazingly helpful, kind and put this customer FIRST. I will stop by any location of Big Lots when looking for certain items that they carry in the future. THANK YOU!

They have a lot of summer items out right now so if you're looking for beach towels, cute summer pillows or even some outdoor seating go now. Because these items fly out the door. A little tip start by going down the main aisle and come up each side aisle from back to front. Not only did I find just the right size, it was a fantastic price too. One employee really stood out for me and that was the young man Michael who put the shelf on a flat bed cart for me and waited patiently while I stood in a super line line. He was so kind in helping me get it into the van that I would have tipped him had it been allowed. Today was a crazy day at all the stores I went to (not sure why it looked like the last days before Christmas!) Michael was a joy and the shelf is just what I wanted.

Bad customer service, and bad management!!!…read more Went in on this past weekend in Boston things and did not make it home with me one item it was a seven dollar or floral pick! I called and spoke with the assistant manager who was who checked us out and he said I gave them to you and I said no there was three we purchased four you had three in a bundle and one to the side. We made it home with the three but not the fourth one! I feel like I'm pulling teeth. Just get the item that he did not give me and he persecuted to argue with me and I asked to speak to the store manager, but supposedly he's on a conference call.

They do have a larger selection but very few in natural materials which is what I wanted. The wool rugs were mostly sold out. Shelves were very difficult to wade through. The store was clean, nothing blocking isles or the floor. However, shelves were a mess. No employees to be found. I saw one person checking out and I'm not sure I saw anyone else my 40 minutes in the store.
