His name was Gary. When he went in back to check what better deals they had and another (creepier) salesman (Robert) seemed to be trying to step in for the sale. We ordered a range and a dryer -- which we had to wait 10 days for. After leaving we found the same models online a bit cheaper with faster delivery. But we're okay spending a little more locally. I would say, however, that a 2 Star rating is what I would have given them if we hadn't stopped in today. There was a lady there named Muffin who earned back my business. She was on top of things and treated us like important customers. If she had been there both times I would have easily rated them 4 or 5 stars. More employees like Muffin.
