My brother and I though were on a mission with limited time so we dodged and weaved politely in the crowds to make our way to the Knoxville Smokies store. The Smokies are a minor league team with an affliation to the Chicago Cubs. We love the older logo of the Bear with the word Smokies above and not so much of the newer logo. I did find a beanie and my brother found a visor. The team behind the counter were very kind and helpful as we added a couple of smaller items to our purchases. The Knoxville Smokies' official store sells on-field caps and new novelties, merchandise, collectibles, trading cards and supplies. Go Smokies!

I was outside on a business call when she came out crying because of how she was treated. She always orders plain white rice with teriyaki chicken. Instead, she was given rice with vegetables. When she told the male employee it wasn't hers and pointed to the correct tray, he argued with her and insisted the wrong order was hers. When she tried to correct it, he slammed the lid down so hard that sauce splattered onto her. He refused to speak to her or make eye contact. I went inside to calmly address it. The woman at the counter told me they "don't have" regular rice. When I handed the food back and asked for just the chicken, she threw the food into the trash in an aggravated way. I ended up receiving only half of what I paid for, and I didn't even ask for a discount just to avoid more conflict. I don't know their names, but the male employee is easily identifiable -- he's the same person shown in Google photos working at this location.

Flagged down over six different people who all said someone was coming. Everytime I come in someone is on their personal phone, and it's not an emergency situation either. Usually planning their night, or some party with the person, other times it is them repeating over and over again various nonsense and "I love you". 90% of the time it is people in the sales floor who go out of their way to ignore customers. But occasionally it's a cashier who never acknowledged you are standing in front of them, or respond when you attempt to talk to them, or ask them a question.

Dec.28, 2023, had oil changed. Dec.29, 2023 car lost all the oil while in operation. Engine blown. Auto repair states that Walmart messed up the oil pan & oil cap. Causing the engine to blow. Walmart insurance claim filed. Received an email from Walmart with a claim number. Sent Walmart all requested documents from the auto repair place. I haven't received any follow-up from Walmart. I'm seeking an attorney. The car has been down since Dec. 2023.
