Disappointed. I've shopped here over half of my life yet I went in to buy non-prescription…read moremedication, for my grandmother non the less, and was immediately stereotyped as some kind of junkie and told I couldn't buy an item I've bought many times before at the exact same place because the pharmacist didn't 'feel comfortable' selling it to me. I understand there is a drug problem in our community, in every community to be fair, but they scan your drivers license upon purchase so if I were in fact a junkie then just let the authorities do their job instead of denying me service simply because you assume I'm guilty. That's not the way America works. The pharmacist was very polite and soft spoken so don't misunderstand, this has just caused an inconvenience for me and I did nothing wrong to illicit these actions.

When we moved to TN we wanted to support local businesses so we got prescriptions filled at Okie's…read more The woman at the register was very nice, but those in the pharmacy were less so. After a while we became disenchanted with Okie's. First, business hours are very short. One time an emergency walk in prescribed medication for an allergic reaction. By the time we got to Okie's, at 2:05pm they were locked up. We ended up getting the prescription sent to a nearby pharmacy and began going there instead. Once we switched we noticed the same exact item at the new pharmacy was 1/2 of what it cost at Okie's. Old town charm is not enough of a reason to jump through hoops AND overpay for medical needs.

We had…read morestopped for gas and when we got out of our vehicle the gentleman at the next pump yelled that we had a fire between our vehicle and our camper. we had several people helping us and Kris who works at this location was very helpful with the whole situation, after she called the Fire Dept. she kept checking on myself and my friend Mark offering us water or a soda. She even went up and above to find a mobile repair company to come look at our wiring for the camper so we could continue home. She said we could park across the street where the semi's park if we needed and I asked her if we do that we may need to take showers and asked her the cost and she not to worry tell they I said the showers are taken care of. Luckily, we were able to go the next exit and had assistance from one of the volunteer firemen( because the mobille repair wanted $400 just to come look at the issue)Jerry was able to splice the wires back together without hooking them up to the external battery so we had lights on the camper so we could get home. So again, a big thank you to Kris and Jerry from the fire dep. You guys are the best and myself and my friend Mark are so thankful for help, it shows there are good people still out there!

It is oily with clumps of cream. It is the scent, "Forest" and I keep these on hand to use as last minute gifts. The associate told me it has been discontinued for too long to allow an exchange. I looked on the tube to see if there was an expiration date and could not find one. I have never ever had a problem exchanging anything at Bath and Body Works in the past. I am a teacher and get several gifts a year so occasionally I am gifted a scent that is not a favorite and I change it out. This cream is obviously a defective product. I have other "men scents" that I bought at the same time that have not separated. Just a little surprised and disappointed by this shift in their exchange policy.
