The entire center of the store is undergoing maintenance which was not so frustrating, until I was met with an employee letting me know I was not allowed to be in a section due to construction. Understandable however when I exclaimed it was not blocked off I was met rudely with a negative response basically blaming it on another customer and not taking any accountability for lack of attention in their store. I even explained and apologized understanding the situation and the lady was still rude as hell to me. I just don't understand why there was not tape over the section customers are not allowed in.

Also, it was difficult to see the storefront with all the stacked pallets of boxes. They have just about everything insight. Their price system is different. The merchandise is numbered then you find the number that corresponds with the price. The clothes rack were color coded. So each color represented a different price. I wanted to ask a question but the associate didn't speak English. Also, They do not have central ac, so it's cooled by Industrial fans. It actually keeps it cool though. Having never been to this store, I walked in with an open mind. As best as I could tell, there was only one employee on duty, and I was amazed at how on-top-of-things he was. Thankfully, he let me make sure the frames fit the pictures I had before making a purchase. Then he let me use an empty shelf to officially place the pictures in both frames. Went in around 9;40ish and the workers said the stock has still not been unloaded and not sure when it would be. I called to ask if leaving stock on a truck for 2 days was normal and the worker cared less about it and said it would just be unloaded when they got to it and it may not even be today. just wow . Maybe Corporate or the manager needs to rethink their employees and try to get merchandise on floor for them.

The record stores are long gone, the demographic that they pander to has changed, and sadly the population that visits has obviously decreased a lot as well. We were there a few days before Christmas and there was only a handful of people walking around. We stopped in just to visit since we had just finished dinner at the attached restaurant. There is a handful of closed spots, with a few displaying signs that a new one is coming. A lot of the stores we were used to visiting are gone. The place seems, to me, a bit run down. Musty and a bit dusty. I can see where some items were made more modern and updated, but it still feels like it's aged a lot and not gracefully. For malls, it's a smaller one, it doesn't' carry a wide foot print, nor a very long one. The outside gives it a large appearance, but inside it's tiny. Even with its size, it's a decent mall to visit.

This isn't a one-time issue--every time I come into this store, he avoids helping customers and doesn't engage at all. This kind of behavior shows a lack of respect for both employees and customers. People spend their hard-earned money here and deserve basic customer service. I will be filing a formal complaint and asking corporate to review store footage and speak with staff about what happened. Very disappointed with the management at this location.
