The entire center of the store is undergoing maintenance which was not so frustrating, until I was met with an employee letting me know I was not allowed to be in a section due to construction. Understandable however when I exclaimed it was not blocked off I was met rudely with a negative response basically blaming it on another customer and not taking any accountability for lack of attention in their store. I even explained and apologized understanding the situation and the lady was still rude as hell to me. I just don't understand why there was not tape over the section customers are not allowed in.

Having never been to this store, I walked in with an open mind. As best as I could tell, there was only one employee on duty, and I was amazed at how on-top-of-things he was. Thankfully, he let me make sure the frames fit the pictures I had before making a purchase. Then he let me use an empty shelf to officially place the pictures in both frames. Of course, I cleaned up after myself upon finishing. The two frames were $5 each for a total of $10 plus tax. I was very please with my purchase and experience at this store. Please shop here.

I wasn't sure if I was here to shop, to people-watch, or to get mildly lost between a Sunglass Hut and a rogue massage chair kiosk that tried to recruit me like I was joining a secret society. I wandered past a perfume cloud thick enough to get its own zip code and ended up buying socks I didn't need, snacks I regretted, and confidence I didn't have. It's chaotic. It's weirdly nostalgic. He refused to assist and told her to reboot her register, saying it would only take two minutes--but it ended up taking much longer while customers continued waiting. I even went to ask him directly for help. He looked at me and continued doing what he was doing without acknowledging the situation. This isn't a one-time issue--every time I come into this store, he avoids helping customers and doesn't engage at all. This kind of behavior shows a lack of respect for both employees and customers. People spend their hard-earned money here and deserve basic customer service.
