Found dressier for my bedroom at Buy Closeout Warehouse and planning to go back purchase more items…read moretrashed containers. The delivery arrived last Wednesday around 8pm they excellent service so cost was $60.00 but gave me $100.00 great customer service.

Has there ever been a store that has been around a while that you knew nothing about, and when you…read morefound out wish you had known much sooner? This is that kind of store! Granted, I'm not running out buying appliances every other day, but if i were, I'd try to buy them here. Another reviewer mentions using Buy Now for appliances to help them flip houses affordably. I would totally use them for that! The biggest challenge is either having someone that can swap out your appliances or haul away your old ones. If you use a handyman service, it will cost a bit, but if you're buying something like a fridge, you'll still probably save a lot. They'll hold a purchased item for about a week. I've been shopping for a fridge for several months, resigned to paying an arm and a leg. Buy Now has close outs and scratch and dent appliances for MUCH LESS than new in a store. They're unboxed and ready to go! After much hemming and hawing, I settled on a GE. It was one of the few that didn't have the original packing inside. As I was lining up a handyman to help me get the old one out and the new one in, I got a call. They had tested it and found it did not work. A replacement part was ordered, but i was also given the option to choose a replacement. The guy I hired went to pick it up and it seems like he was in and out quickly. They had refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, and tons more. I'm definitely going back next time I need a new appliance!

I can say from plenty of experience that IU Surplus provides accurate and straightforward…read moredescriptions and photos of the items they auction. They are also extremely consistent in terms of disclosing defects and condition issues. They are pretty flexible about post auction logistics, and don't mind helping load items as long as it's within reason. Overall, IU Surplus is the best seller I've dealt with on any of these liquidation sites. I've done well with them over the years.

That is the purpose of the store. 6/08 They kept my brother out of the store and banned him from buying because he happen to tell them that he was reselling stuff. Todd has some crazy Karen like misguided absurd rules to Remedy some kind of perceived and fictional unfairness. He is a nut. He will do something crazy outside of his job and get fired eventually. I quit shopping there myself hquite a long time ago after what I outline below... Was treated horribly due to sheer ignorance. Have spent thousands of dollars here and will not be giving them another red cent. Todd will make a deal and then complain about the deal he made the next time you come in. He's a low life deadbeat with zero integrity. The auction system, govdeals, is old and inefficient. Its probably because of cronyism. Its interface is from 1996 and its policies are obtuse. You can tell they have no worries they will loose the IU contract. They refuse more than 3 bids from any new user for an arbitrary amount of time. I bid, won, and picked up 3 items and still had my bids refused. I think they are funneling equipment to one specific party and are actively keeping new users from elevating the price of the equipment. I would speculate someone connected to govdeals is buying a very high % of the valuable equipment and allowing the public to bid is a sham. I can think of no other reason to use such an old and terribly inefficient process. They need to find a REAL auctioneer or online auction process. Send everything there and close this store. This is what every other university in the state does and hopefully someone at IU will wake up soon. Close it or find a real leader. Preferably an honest one. I just went and looked and GovDeals has had 39 BBB complaints in the last 3yrs not counting mine. Their accreditation status, REVOKED. Definitely
