Today, one of the associates Nick even contacted the manufacturer to get an item replaced for me under warranty and then showed me how to install it myself so that he doesn't have to come back and I can save some money. That's the kind of thing that makes me recommend Chris, Nick and FPH&G to everyone. Strongly recommend them.

He quoted me a number which seemed reasonable. After calling several other companies and learning that it would take well over a week to get out, and they charged fees just to come take a look it made my decision easy. Jim and his crew were there within a week to get the job done. The installation took about an hour - hour and a half. It was an easy, very painless process. Jim and his crew were friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. I had Jim take a look at a couple other small projects around the house which he accepted. Which leads me to today. I called Jim at about 8:45 with a problem regarding one of the small projects he looked at. He was at my house in 25 minutes and immediately to work. Jim and crew seem to genuinely care. They are honest, charged me exactly what he quoted me. They were prompt, and the work is excellent.
