Jim and his crew were friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. I had Jim take a look at a couple other small projects around the house which he accepted. Which leads me to today. I called Jim at about 8:45 with a problem regarding one of the small projects he looked at. He was at my house in 25 minutes and immediately to work. I called them, they said they would try to get here that day. We waited all day with no response. They came the day after and said they needed to order a part, but could not tell us when it would arrive. Into the weekend, after 2 full days without heat, they said to get heat on the weekend would cost $1200, or $700 if we waited until Monday or Tuesday. We chucked them and called another company. That company said this was a common problem and should have been caught in the inspection. They could come on the weekend to do it for $1000, or do it on Monday for $500. I shouldn't have called back after the thermostat issue, but I sure won't call again, and recommend anyone else also look elsewhere

The appliance company left us with an actively leaking water line and a broken discharge line into our sink. I called Rodenhiser the next morning at 7:30 and was greeted by a great lady. Rodenhiser had someone at our house within 3 hrs. They explained the issues and cost, we agreed, and they fixed everything. All set by 1:00 in the afternoon. We have used these folks 2 other times - all very good experiences. Not the low cost provider but totally worth it!
