To the rescue, I emailed Donna, even though Fisher's Tips and BBQ were closed, Donna emailEd back immediately. Donna put me in touch with her husband Rob and he helped me figure out what we needed for 35-40 guests. I ordered the ribs, rib tips, chicken, chicken wings, Mac and cheese, beans, potato salad, coleslaw and corn bead. Everything was fabulous, the ribs and tips, were fall off the bone tender and moist, with beautiful carmelization. The sauce is incredibly flavorful, the chicken was very moist, not overcooked or dry. The Mac and cheese was the best, made with real cheese not plastic velveta. The beans were excellent not canned baked bean. Our entire family raved about everythin and each family that was not flying requested leftover. We have been doing the family reunions every two years for many years and everyone said this was the best ever.
